Everything within walking distance . . . 200 yards to Chatham downtown, 200 yards to public beach, (life guard, docks for swimmers, restrooms, shower) Plenty of beach chairs and a beach wagon, Cape baseball league games with the Chatham 'A's' two minute walk, Chatham Village Market and CVS only a two minute walk, Friday night band concert on the town green a five-minute walk, nice large yard with lawn furniture to accommodate friends and family, Fully-equipped kitchen, extra refrigerator in garage, hot outside shower, enjoy upper balcony, lower deck, and patio, spectacular water view, sunset over Oyster Pond.
