About this cottage rental
Located overlooking Chatham's beautiful Oyster Pond, this two bedroom carriage house is the perfect location for your Cape Cod vacation. Take advantage of the beach just outside your door or wander down the street into Chatham center! Enjoy so much of Chatham - without even getting in your car!
The Carriage House is located adjacent to (but not accessible directly from) the Windmill. With large windows overlooking Oyster Pond's beautiful water and gorgeous sunsets, this second-story unit is a lovely spot for relaxing at the end of a fun-filled day. The Carriage House has a recently renovated full kitchen, dining area and living room with TV, as well as two bedrooms (sleeping four people) and a full bathroom. The Carriage House also has a private patio space with BBQ grill.
Below the Carriage House, the space has been renovated to include a game room, with foosball and a ping pong table. This space also includes shared laundry machines.
Linens (bed and bath) are included for the 2022 season. This property has two neighboring units (the Sea Captain's House and the Windmill) that share the driveway and parking. If you are interested in booking these units as well, please inquire.

The property was squeaky clean and well equipped with comfy beds and high quality linens. The view fro the living room of the Bay was beautiful.We had some trouble finding the right unit from the description as the unit is in the back which was not indicated in the letter from the owner.Also, there are steep steps leading up to the unit which may be inappropriate for the elderly or those with mobility issues.Outside of that, a beautiful apartment which was walking distance to town. A very pleasant stay.

Property is in an amazing location. A very short walk to Main Street- also an easy walk to the pier. The oyster pond area was perfect place to watch the sunset! The house is just as pictured and described. Very clean and well stocked. Host was responsive. Overall, loved this property and looking forward to coming back!
