Located in Hampton Beach, this lovely house for $415 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. 2 units, both with central air, Townhouse Style multi levels available Rent both sides to have use of entire building for family and friends! 2 rentals available -3 bedrooms, (sleeps 7), 3 baths, 3 car parking, tandem garage for 2 vehicles in Hampton Beach's exclusive Island Section. Garage door, 8' x 7'. Length is conservative at 38'. Check in is Saturday at 2 pm and check out is the following Saturday at 9 am. Located steps from ocean! Main Bedroom has a King bed, and its own en suite bath with shower and private deck. One bedroom has a Queen bed and other a Full size bed. Living room is spacious with pull out queen sleeper sofa. Hardwood floors throughout and granite countertops. Condos have central air, 2 decks; each off living rooms and master bedrooms, both with ocean views. Parking for 3 cars for each townhouse. Each unit has a 2 car tandem garage under and a compact car can park in front of each garage. Common areas have 2 gas grills, 2 picnic tables and an outdoor shower Soft sandy beach is literally STEPS away; and close to Hampton Beach State Park. Laundromat and a convenience/gas store are located across the street for all your needs. NH state sales tax 8.5%. Cleaning fee of $200.00 Non-smoking homes. No pets allowed. Nothing as luxurious as this townhouse in the area and very quiet street Bring your sheets, pillow covers, towels and toiletries

Listing is accurate. Clean, open, spacious. Easy walk to the beach a few hundred yards down the dead end street. We recommend watching the fireworks on Wednesday night from the beach near the house. Avoid the crowds. Very convenient. 10 minute walk to the heart of the boardwalk. Garage parking is very unusual at the beach, but handy. Balcony was great for evening relaxing. Owners are around and checked to make sure everything was OK. You can tell they care about the property and guests. Our only recommendation is sunblocking curtains as the sun really comes into the bedrooms early each morning. Would be great to have a washer/dryer I. The unit but we understand why there isn’t. Overall great week at the beach with grandkids.

We had a relaxing week of vacation at the beach. This townhouse is in a great location. Very short walk to the beach and also an easy walk to the boardwalk. It was very clean and spacious. Had all of the amenities that we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at this townhouse. We loved the proximity to the beach and the walking distance to the boardwalk area while maintaining a peaceful quiet atmosphere by the townhouse. Our only disappointment was not knowing we needed to provide our own beach chairs.

Great beach house, great location and was better than so many beach houses in the area. Think the only downside is check out is very early 9am. I think even 10am would have been best. I would certainly recommend staying here.

Property was very clean for Hampton Beach area, I've stayed in a couple of rundown places only for a night or two but this was nothing like your normal place. The neighborhood was very quiet and Georgia was amazing, she was right there to take care of our small issue with the cable connection. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for our family vacation. All you really need is food, sheets, towels and personal items as everything else was there. I was able to clean before we left due to many cleaning items supplied. Thank you Georgia for a very relaxing, stress free week away from home. An outdoor shower is available to wash the dirt off before going in if needed. 2 grills are supplied but we never did use these, maybe next time. I suggest you fold your mirrors in before entering the garage as it is a tight fit but we were able to park 2 cars and there was still room in the driveway for a third when needed. We all would definitely recommend this property and property manager to anyone looking for a stress-free relaxing vacation. So glad it was smoke free too.
