About this apartment rental
Located on the second floor, this two-bedroom ocean view condo is an ideal vacation accommodation that can comfortably sleep up to 4 people with a King bed, and two twin beds. There is no elevator, but it is only 2 small flights of stairs to the front door!
This condo has a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washer/dryer for your convenience. A round dining table with 4 chairs makes for a social yet relaxing dinning experience and the comfortable living room is where you can talk about your days adventures! Make this your home-away-from-home where you can relax yet remain connected to reality with free wireless internet and local calls. For your entertainment, cable television is provided in the main living room and in the Master Bedroom, plus there is a tennis/pickleball court on the complex, a cosy gym with a few machines and free-weights, plus two complex gas BBQs for you to grill up a delicious lunch or dinner!
Enjoy the company of your loved ones while enjoying views of the Caribbean Sea from your private screened in patio, taking a dip in one of two swimming pools or partake in a short leisurely stroll to the world famous Seven Mile Beach.
Whereas storms over the past two years have significantly reduced the size of the beach, stairs from the pool deck offer easy access to swimming in the sea directly in front of Regal Beach Club. Depending on winds and tides on any given day, beach lounging may be limited.
However, Regal Beach Club only gets better! You’re conveniently within walking distance of many restaurants/bars, a yoga studio, spas, coffee shops and ATM. Also, there are great water sports next door at the Marriott hotel, which by the way has amazing afternoon teas and Sunday brunches. There is also the stunning Camana Bay which boasts a lively waterfront complex where you can satisfy your foodie cravings, browse the boutiques, shop for all things local and explore the weekly Farmers and Artisans Market (every Wednesday), as well as a 10 screen Movie Theatre. Furthermore, there’s a Foster’s grocery store a 5–10-minute walk away for your cooking needs or you can order your groceries prior to your arrival for maximum comfort. This property was in the ideal location! This condo is right in the heart of Seven Mile Beach. It is close to many restaurants that are within walking distance. The beach directly in front of the condo is large and has plenty of umbrellas and chairs. The condo itself is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We had a wonderful stay.

Grand Cayman is a magical place. However this rental needs some updating. We arrived with the intention of using the sleeper sofa. We had 5 in our party. Sleeper sofa was broke. They did come up with a solution for us and brought us a small roll away bed for the rest of our stay. Rental wasn't very clean (countertops were dirty when we arrived) and the bathrooms needed renovating. The pictures showing the beach are EXTREMELY misleading. We had no beach for our stay. We did enjoy the pool and neighboring beaches. It was also nice to be walkable to a few great restaurants. Overall it was ok but I would not stay at RBC 221 again.
