The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from modern appliances to all the essential cookware. Enjoy your creations at the dining table with the beautiful sea as your backdrop.

* Master Suite: A restful retreat with a spacious king-size bed and high-end bedding.
* Second Bedroom: A cozy room with two twin beds, perfect for children or friends.

Consequently, Regal Beach Club cannot always guarantee the beach's availability or size. We appreciate your understanding that no refunds will be issued for any issues beyond our control regarding beach conditions.
* TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION: We highly recommend that all guests secure their reservations with Travel/Trip/Cancellation Insurance. Guests are responsible for selecting and purchasing their own policies.
* MAID SERVICE: Daily maid service is not included in your stay. However, we are happy to arrange it for an additional charge upon request.

What an amazing property! Beautiful view, steps to the beach, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. We loved our stay so much and will be back! Carol was great - excellent communication.

Great location on 7 mile beach. Great views from balcony patio and nice that it was screened in from bugs. Beach was clean and chairs and umbrellas were always available. Everything was great! - one minor inconvenience was the app to reserve the pickleball/tennis court wasn’t working but other guests were accommodating to try to let each other get time.

This was our 12th visit to Grand Cayman and have stayed at many properties on 7 mile beach. This was probably the worst property that we stayed at in our many times to the island
Owner seemed annoyed that we booked through VRBO rather than directly with them
Misinformation given to us through VRBO included no passcode for the lock on the entrance door to the unit, no beach, incorrect Wi-Fi passcode, icemaker did not work in the refrigerator, air-conditioning unit serviced while we were there without any prior notification that the service man was coming or authorized to enter the unit.
Pool water was cold.The “hot” tub was unheated.
One positive was that the security guards were very helpful and friendly. They were very effective at keeping the day trippers and the cruisers from entering the property. The other positive was that the cleaning staff were very helpful with our check-in and checkout process.
