This is a 300 sq foot completely remodeled guest house in desirable Arcadia. 10 minutes to the freeway, 10 mins to Old Town Scottsdale, 10 minutes to the Biltmore Area, and 15 minutes to Downtown Phoenix. Separate entrance, comfortable queen sized bed with luxury linens, a kitchenette area with a counter-top stove element, convection oven, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, and other kitchen essentials. High Speed Internet, and TV with Roku, Netflix, and local channels, heating/AC unit. Full bathroom and walk in closet. Available to rent by the night, week, or month.

My stay was very welcoming and relaxing. Everything was clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood and easy access to the freeway to go places. The yard was nice for my two dogs, they enjoyed playing in the fenced, grass yard. And Joanne was very quick to respond with any questions or needs. She was a great host.
