This condo is great for a couple or possibly a family traveling with a child. Everything was sparkly clean and the location truly can't be beat. We walked everywhere (except to the grocery store.) The Hot Springs are walking distance, all the restraunts, bars, etc. We cooked most meals and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Just remember to bring your coffee and bathroom items since those are not provided. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

This is an absolutely perfect place to stay in Pagosa Springs. Close to everything and the condo has higher end furniture, fixtures and kitchen ware. Nice and quiet and RESERVED parking, which is a huge bonus.

When we first went in the building it wasn't the best so I was worried it wasn't like the pictures. Yeah! The unit itself was very nice, clean and cute. Everything worked and we even got serenaded with music from the spot across the street. Down below us was some interesting shops and the hot springs were within walking distance unless you have knee problems.

Great little property next to Mountain Pizza and Tap Room, Hot Springs, Antique shop and more. The only slight downer was the hide-a-bed. Just a little too springy, but not too bad. Other than that... Great!!! Thanks Duke!!!

Nice centrally located property right in the old downtown area. One reserved parking spot right behind the unit. Easy walking to restaurants, hot springs, and San Juan river walk. Quick easy drive up the pass to Wolf Creek Ski Area. Perfect Stay!

Everything was expected and lively. Only issue was a smoking neighbor whose smoke invaded condo one night. We covered door and slept with window cracked to help air it out.

Walls were pretty beat up and bed pillows were old and flat. Would be helpful if host would have said bring your own coffee and soap for shower. (shampoo and conditioner but no soap). There was only 1 bath towel on bar....we ended up finally finding the other towels that were left in the dryer.

The property met all our expectations. The bed was like a cloud, we have never slept better! Yummy breakfast just 2 doors away. It was surprisingly quite for being on a major road. Just a short walk to the springs and best of all: right next to our fav craft brewery! We will definitely stay there again.

We loved our little apartment. Great location and cleanliness. With easy check in and out. Well stocked except for a few kitchen items. Internet very slow so don’t count on great service. (at least for Verizon) Love Riff Raff next door! Would recommend to anyone!

The spot is walking distance to the Springs and a couple properties down from Pagosa Bakery (which is amazing). Check in was very easy. The only issue was the towels were in the dryer when we got there. The property was accurately described in the listing and we would absolutely stay here again in the future.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. We love the location and find it very comfortable. However over the years it Is now worse for wear. The carpets are stained. The walls are dirty and chipped I need a fresh coat of paint. The bathtub is chipped and the faucet is coming off the wall. Duke has a really nice fine. We would like to stay there again but it would be really great if it were refreshed.

Our stay was really great! Location is in walking distance in almost everything to eat/drink/do in Pagosa Springs. It was a really nice place and definitely nice that we could have our four legged kids with us!

The property in need of cleaning/maintenance. The rug in main area had large stains. The walls had numerous chips especially behind one of the chairs. The Wi-Fi didn't always work and when it did was EXTREMELY slow. The location was very convenient but pretty noisy as it is on the main road thru town.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was in the middle of historic Pagosa Springs and was close to many shops, restaurants, and spas. Even though the condo was on a busy street it was well insulated from the traffic noise. It was very cozy and comfortable.
