The location was accessible
Necessary facilities in the room.
Free car park space in front of property.
The staff we met face to face at the property was nice, acted in a professional way and empathetic.
(1) Creaking noise when you open the room door even at night
(2) The smell of cigarette or vaping inside the property
(3) The bathroom needs bit of cleaning etc

If you’re staying here for any event at Tottenham stadium then you’d couldn’t pick a more ideal spot. A mere 3/4 streets away from the stadium. A nice 15 min walk if that. Also the room has an under the counter fridge and kettle and complimentary tea and coffee and microwave. Communication was 10/10 also. Grocery shop just around corner also. 30 minute walk to Tottenham hale station with a Greggs and gas station nearby also. Then of course the shops in the station.
The water wasn’t the hottest was quite warm over hot to be honest but a good wake up call. It has an upstairs shower with bath and also a shower downstairs. But have toilets.
