Charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath home just steps down a private path to a beautiful and swimmable harbor beach. Additional small Loft has extra space for young kids. Recently updated, this Nantucket-style cottage has first floor harbor views. Large living/dining area with wall-mounted flat screen cable TV. Dining area boasts a farm-style table with seating for six. Kitchen has been completely remodeled and is equipped with new full-sized appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. Washer and dryer, outdoor shower and back patio with area for grilling complete this summer home.. Distance to private neighborhood Beach -~75 yards . Amazing location for Fall/October Scallopers with proximity to one of the best locations on island.

As someone who has been to Nantucket many times, I couldn’t recommend a place to stay more strongly. The place had everything for a great vacation: it is very private and just steps from a very cool, private beach. The location was perfect as well — close enough to town and all the natural beauty of the east side of the island. We’ll definitely be back!

This cottage is so perfect in every way, I wish I could keep it a secret. It is a throwback to the old Nantucket of my childhood, luxurious because of it’s location, decor and charm. The house is incredibly well appointed and provisioned, lovely bedding towels, kitchen supplies - you will want for nothing. The vibe is coastal charm with beautiful water views and a wonderful grassy yard, where I did yoga on a blanket under a beautiful tree. The beach is stunning, shallow clear water, gorgeous sand and almost nobody there. Adirondack chairs on the patio, a wonderful outdoor shower and comfy beds - we never wanted to leave and only went to town to shop one day - although town is not far. The owner is super responsive and very helpful and easy to deal with. We cannot wait to go back!
