About this house rental
Amazing canal front 3 bed conch style house located in prestigious community of Summerland Key Cove. It is the first canal from open water and one of just a few flow-through canals providing excellent water quality. The canal is deep and wide. Expect to see lobsters, crabs and other sea life on the sea wall. You will be surrounded by million dollar homes and just a few minutes boat ride from open water in the Gulf and Atlantic.
Property is close enough to Key West to matter (20 miles) but far enough away for R&R (rest and relaxation). Being on the end of the Key, prevents the irritating noise of Hwy 1 traffic, which is rare to find.

Craig is a great host. His property is right on the canal and has a super nice area right out of the back door to sit and enjoy the weather and water, Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great location in the Keys, close to Key West and other Keys. Thanks Craig!!!
