Our cozy island cottage (Cypress Model) is located in the quiet vacation town of Parksville British Columbia. When you stay at our cottage you will get a large spacious, modern and fully equipped cottage for the price of a hotel room. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a loft that overlooks the well designed living area outfitted with a cozy electric fireplace surrounded by stone tile and a maple mantel. The textured carpet in the bedrooms and loft provides added warmth to this cozy cottage. Just off the living area features a large oversize, private gated deck in a forest setting. Our cottage is also equipped with a key pad entry, 2 pool passes, stainless steel full kitchen, washer & Dryer, Wi-Fi, cable, three new flat screen TV’s, 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. If your looking to escape the fast pace city life and you are wanting to experience Vancouver Island at its best this is the place for you. Cottage was clean, comfortable, kitchen has everything needed to make good meals (I like to cook). Enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful forest and beach walks. Responsive host, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Our family enjoyed our visit to Parksville and staying in your cottage was lovely. We enjoyed being able to be outside on the back deck for meals and front deck for coffee time. Close to the ocean! Having a pool close by was great.

The check in check out process was very easy, and communication was great. All our questions were answered before we arrived. The indoor pool was great, kids enjoyed some downtime, and there is mini golf next door to the pool. The location to the beach is a bit further, depending on how far you want to walk, however we had seniors with us and had to drive anyway. Location was great, and we would recommend this for a family vacation.

The kids loved the pool, mini golf and bumper cars. The cabin was a good size and very comfortable. The location of the resort is excellent with all amenities and close to beautiful recreational sites.

This property had all the comforts of home. The beds were very comfortable along with the furniture. Great west facing deck with ample seating. The kitchen was very well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Was a lovely home; well equipped with requirements for short stay. Neighbours on both sides were noisy but generally a lovely spot. Enjoyed the mini putt and Rathtrevor beach was outstanding

Property was lovely, excellent condition so full praise to the cleaner for her attention to detail and decoration. Only suggestion would be to replace the mattress in the loft bed as very uncomfortable, feeling springs. Nice and quiet this time of year which is exactly what we wanted. Thanks!

This was a long-planned family get-together to celebrate my mother's 100th birthday. I grew up in the area, but my wife and I, plus two adult children live in Australia. We found this cottage just the type of accommodation we needed for the 4 of us. Everything we needed was here, the location was great and we were able to host family members who visited us. We had a great stay.

I could happily live there forever the layout and location is perfect. Pool was great. Sadly the taste cafe was shut but would have been such a bonus if open. Short walk for hot dogs and ice cream at mini golf nearby. The only downside was Parksville was experiencing above normal temps of 32ish degrees and this made the rooms very hot for sleeping. I would 100% recommend

I have been visiting the same resort for many years. This property was one of the better ones in the resort. The beds were very comfortable for the kids and wife/myself. The location was great (as always). The owners was very quick to reply and very helpful when we needed something. Will definitely want to book again when we come back.

We stayed in this property with our 2 toddlers and it was extremely easy. Great size and the kitchen had everything we required. The 2 closed in decks were wonderful. Overall, it met all of our needs and we wouldn't hesitate booking again on our next trip!

We stayed at this cottage for one week in April and were sad to leave! The hosts were so easy to communicate with and the cottage was beautiful. So clean and nicely decorated, with everything you need for a great stay. Very spacious even for a large family with two dogs. We can’t wait to come back!
