Such a wonderful property, just steps from Mr Ricks, Custom House and the whole Avila beach front. Clean, quite and so relaxing will definitely be staying again!!!

We stayed for Cal Poly parents weekend and it perfectly located for all our needs. The unit was very clean and updated nicely. We will definitely stay there again as we make many trips to the area.

We love this accommodation for both the comfort it provides and the excellent location. The home is well appointed with everything one could need. Having dedicated, secure parking is also a huge bonus as parking can be difficult to find when the beach is busy. We loved our stay!

We were so close to everything in Avilla Beach!! We didn’t move our rental car, except to go to the grocery store!! Leslie was extremely nice and informative!! We usually stay in our timeshare across the street, but this will be our new go to. Great vacation for sure!!!

We had a great time in a beautiful spot. You do have to go downstairs to back up another set of stairs to get to the beach or walk around the block. But as long as you don’t have any mobility issues it was easy. Near to a lot of good eating.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Everything was as described. It was all very clean and tidy. The kitchen was very well equipped. We had a great overall stay.

This is the perfect spot to stay at in Avila beach. We barely had to use our car and we were able to walk to pretty much everything. The property is clean and the art studio below is really quite. Communication with the owner/property manager was easy and she was able to respond really quickly. We are already planning our next stay here. Thank you.

My friend and I had the pleasure of staying 3 nights in this cute little condo. I love the area, steps from wine tasting, restaurants and of course the beautiful beach! The condo was well appointed with everything we could need. I highly recommended!

My adult daughter and I absolutely loved this property! I would stay here again in an instant. It is so close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It also felt very private and safe. The appliances are all top notch and it's great to have the washer/dryer in house. The parking garage is covered so my car felt safe as well. You can go to sleep and wake up to the ocean waves, which makes this such a peaceful getaway. The property is extremely clean and just darling. There are chairs and a beach umbrella but be sure to take your own beach towels/blanket for the beach, as they weren't provided. The bed is very comfortable. I'm sure the sleeper sofa is just fine for kids to sleep on, but quite lopsided and uncomfortable for adults. I give this getaway a 5 star!

This condo is in a quaint courtyard with small shops in just off Avila Beach. My mother-in-law and I stayed 3 nights while we came to town for the Cal Poly Rodeo. The kitchen is well stocked with high end supplies. You feel right at home and relaxed. Leslie gives precise instructions on how to enter the property. I slept on the pull out couch, which was comfortable, and all the bedding was clean and labelled well in the closet. We just walked through the courtyard and were at the beach. Cute shops and wonderful restaurants. Avila Beach is quiet place. When we came back around 9:00pm all the streets were quiet. I hope to come back and stay with my husband since we have a sophomore at Cal Poly. So relaxing, clean and a stress free stay.

This light-filled space is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just steps from beach, restaurants, shops. Clean and quiet with every amenity, including two cozy fireplaces inside and a lovely balcony from which you can see the ocean. We never wanted to leave!

What a lovely condo! The layout was very different from most cookie-cutter apartments and was compact and well equipped. The nautical theme of the furnishings were fun and the furniture and bed were very comfy. There is a peek-a-boo ocean view from a great little patio over a meandering brick path below. A great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Avila. The condo was beautiful! We loved the high end appliances in the kitchen as we love to cook. We needlessly brought a lot of kitchen stuff from home which we didn’t need as the kitchen was very well stocked. We loved that we could be in the beach in less than 2 minutes! Great place, hope to go back soon.

The location of this rental is awesome. Just a few steps to main shopping/ eating areas and beach. Plenty of space for us two. Kitchen well organized with everything you need, including spices. Bathroom and washer dryer convenient. Welcome supplies were a plus. Owner very timely with responses to questions and concerns. Loved our wedding trip! Very close to 101 and easy to navigate to pints of interest. Nature lovers go to Buchon Trail along coast for beautiful rock formations!
