Ocean views from both inside and the private balcony. The Primary Bedroom has a king bed. The living room has queen sofa sleeper, two 42" TVs with Direct TV programming including all the movie channels, fireplace. Wi-Fi Included with Every Stay. Washer/Dryer. Central vacuum. Complete equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, and housewares. Duvet, shams and mattress pad are laundered after each occupancy The gated garage includes parking for one vehicle (a second parking space can usually be made available with advance notice), dumbwaiter to apartment and outdoor sand shower. There is 7' clearance for vehicles in the parking garage. It’s location is isolated from other living units and provides secure private parking. *This Unit Does NOT Have Air Conditioning* *No BBQ Allowed* If desired, a keyed back entry stairway may be used from garage which is available to this unit and one other. The keyed entry stairway is monitored by a camera.

Loved this location in Avila Beach. Beach view from balcony is nice and just enough off of Front Street to avoid some of the noise on the weekends. Private parking was wonderful. Farmers market and band on Friday night were a definite bonus. Close to SLO and Santa Maria but without the hustle and bustle of Pismo Beach. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a request to the owner. We are readers, not TV watchers, and every year we have to bring a reading lamp for the living room. We work and read at the table and the lighting is especially bad there - more mood lighting. CVR replaced the lights over the table while we were there but it still didn't help. I wish the light was on a timer so that it could be made brighter for those of us that need it for work and reading. My only complaint.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a nice quiet cozy place to stay up in Central California and came across this wonderful place at 28 San Miguel. After looking at the pictures and knowing the charm of Avila Beach, we decided to rent the property for four nights which I wish we could have stayed longer. It was a beautiful and very classy home with all the amenities anyone could ever need. The pictures didn't even do it justice so if you do rent this place, you'll know what I mean after your time there. Great location and view of the Ocean. Although we had a lot of rain and cold, what better place to be with the one you love.....highly recommend staying there as the whole process of checking in and checking out was excellent. You also have an underground secured garage that has a dumbwaiter....yes, I said dumbwaiter to help get all your belongings up to be unloaded right at your doorstep! Who has that?? Pretty cool and very convenient. Go see what I mean if you get a chance. Worth the money for sure......

We've been coming to the area for years but this was the first time staying in Avila rather than in SLO. Oh man, what a difference! Being able to walk to restaurants, Reimer's, the beach and the park was so convenient. Waiting for our table at the Custom House from our patio was awesome! Speaking of the patio -- morning coffee and evening wine with that view was spectacular. We loved the open concept and upscale finishes (beach chic). The place was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. We can't wait to return to this great beach house!

Pretty much as advertised. Very close to the beach. Only issues I had, were commercial vehicles coming by throughout the day. And the sofa bed is not comfortable at all. I would say, its a one bed only unit. Coastal Vacations is excellent to work with, no issues!

Nice place
This is a great little place for 2 adults and 2 small children. Great location, comfortable atmosphere, convenient area with shops and VERY close to the beach. We loved that it had an outside shower to clean the kids off after a day at the beach.
Only complaint (like any pull out sofa) was the mattress on the couch bed. Having an additional memory foam topper available would have been greatly appreciated. Fine for small children, but my older teens were a little uncomfortable on it.
Otherwise, a great place. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing and I’ve been going here since 2014 renting this same unit. WE love it!! It would be nice if there were more than 2 rolls of toilet paper and one part of a roll of paper towels for 4 people for a weeklong stay. Just a suggestion ���� e couldn’t find the flu water and there were a lot of the little black gnat like bugs in the kitchen when we arrived. I remembered there being a fly swatter before. Obviously none of this has stopped me from staying here and I will continue to stay here!! Love that the owners leave a bottle of wine and two cans of soda-like drinks!! We’ll be back!!

The rental is great and that is why we have booked it 4 years in a row. However, this year we learned that the person that had it before us this past weekend reserved it for next year. We are very disappointed as we feel we should have a least gotten a courtesy call to give us right of first refusal.Also, the place could have used a little better cleaning.

Lovely accommodations but lacks a BBQ. It was 99 degrees for a couple of days and the AC did not work well. There were ants in the kitchen so we were diligent to keep food put away. We had to move the couch to find shoes and the space under was very dirty which surprised me. The location and view were very nice.
