Best for COUPLE'S ROMANTIC GETAWAY, ANNIVERSARIES This CONDO or APARTMENT has convenient KEYLESS ENTRY LOCK SYSTEM, that means there is no need to take key to beach and bike riding. The condo is very comfortable for a couple, with a great view of the ocean. Clean, well furnished, and tastefully decorated. Ideal for relaxing with a book or movie, as well as long walks on the beach. Host was attentive and welcoming! Thank you for a lovely retreat!

Immaculate condo for 2 and perfect in every way. The balcony is perfect for watching the ocean and just enjoying the quiet time of the beach. The pool is heated so it was great for Fall Break because it was the perfect temperature. The attention to detail in the kitchen such as small pack of paper plates, soap at all sinks, individual salt and pepper packets, and other amenities were super thoughtful. Kim was great about keeping in contact with us and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend Kim's beautiful condo. :)

The condo was great. When we arrived we were delighted with the cleanliness. Communication was fantastic. View was great. Just wish weather would have cooperated a little more. For 3 days we never saw the sun. Very easy access to the beach. Beach was clean and quiet. Would recommend and probably will be back. Thanks for everything.

We had a lovely relaxing week at Kim's condo. The highlight for us was the wonderful unobstructed view of the ocean from the 3rd floor balcony, which has two high top chairs and a table, plus a rocking chair. The condo is very clean, well organized to take advantage of the space, and well stocked. The king bed is quite comfortable. Kim was very responsive to our questions--all pre- arrival-- and everything went so smoothly once we were there.

Wow! I don't even know where to begin with how wonderful this property is. As soon as we stepped in the door it felt like we were home for the week.
This condo is so clean, and stocked with anything we needed throughout the week as far as cleaners and kitchen tools. The bed is comfortable and there are extra pillows if needed in the cabinet in the bedroom. For a small space there is ample storage including a cabinet for rolling luggage to get it out of view for the week. The coin laundry was easy to get to and use by the elevators. There is a machine to exchange bills for quarters if you forget to bring them with you.
Kim's communication is amazing from texting to answer questions to labeling all the essentials in the condo so you know how appliances and what each light switch is for.
We absolutely adored the rocking chair on the balcony and the ocean views. We could see dolphins every day from the balcony and it's a perfect place to read and watch the sun come up. The beach was a short walk away from the condo and it was so easy to enjoy walks each morning and evening.
This is easily the best property we have stayed in as a couple. Thank you for sharing your exceptional condo with us! We will definitely be back! 😁

When we entered into the condo, the first thing you notice is the spectacular ocean view, and everything else was just perfect. The condo was well taken care of and very clean. The decor was tastefully done and very comfortable. We can't think of any negatives, only a very positive 7-day stay. Kim thought of everything, and had a well-stocked condo. The information that she provides is extremely helpful. We went during the second week of May and even the weather was perfect, in the high 70s to low 80 degrees, and there is almost always a breeze. When it rained, it seemed to rain mainly at night. Therefore, giving you another perfect day to enjoy.
The condo was conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. Kim provides two bicycles. My husband rode on the beach, but I was too unsure of myself to join him. One could easily walk or ride on the beach since the sand was firmly packed except for the area before the dunes. This was as nice as our Kauai vacations without the snorkeling.
The refrigerator was making a strange noise one morning, but Kim had her housekeeper come to check it out. Tammie knew exactly what to do and had fixed the problem before we came back to the condo. So we virtually had no problems.
We loved our stay, and highly recommend the condo if it fits your needs. Thank you, Kim!

The condo was the perfect unit for my husband and me. Everything was spot on from the booking, check in, location, and everything inside and out, including the bikes. The place was super clean and well stocked. Loved the views of the ocean! The pool was heated and felt great even on the cooler days. Lots of shopping and restaurants were an easy walk or bike ride away. Kim’s communication was super prompt and appreciated!

The host was probably the best we've ever had! Kim was prompt to respond to questions and provided very clear and helpful information that made everything effortless. We were also greeted with a bottle of wine on arrival which was a welcome surprise!
The property itself was perfect for two. Just about anything one could want or possibly need was provided from beach chairs to Ziplock bags in the kitchen! Additionally, interactive objects (i.e. remote controls, lights, dishwasher, etc) were neatly labeled which my type-A personality appreciated. There is nothing worse than spending time in a new space trying to figure out what does what.
There was easy access to the beach and a nice shopping/dining area nearby that was within walking distance, though bikes were also provided as an option. There was also coin laundry facilities on the floor that we did not use, but it was nice to have available just in case. Parking was not an issue for us as there were plenty of spaces available. An elevator and bell carts made hauling luggage much easier.
Overall, we are glad we chose this property and decided we will need to return to Hilton Head for future visits!

I have zero complaints about the cleanliness of this condo. Everything including the inside of the draws were clean. I usually have to at least wipe out the inside of the drawers before I put my clothes in. Not this time. The king size bed was so comfortable and there was still room for his/her storage in the bedroom. I usually have to bring items to cook with, nice knives, frying pans, sheet trays. Not necessary in Kim’s condo. If you like to cook or at least make breakfast, she has everything I wanted or needed. The view from the balcony is amazing. We visit the Island each Christmas to visit family. This unit is at the top of our list.

Over 20 years of visiting various shore points in North and South Carolina, this was probably the nicest and cleanest condo we've stayed in. The view and deck were perfect. We also appreciated the heated pool and bikes. We have never stayed in a unit that provided so many household items like paper towels, hand soap, tp, trash bags, etc. Kim communicated with us frequently throughout our stay and provided suggestions. Had a great week!

This fulfilled every possible expectation ... and more. The beach front location is ideal, and the premises are nice. Add the perfection of Kim's condo and the whole experience was terrific. Contact with our host was smooth and prompt; the condo itself was spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and very well equipped. All little details had been attended to. We had four perfect days!

This was our first visit to HHI, and we were hoping that it would be a place that we would want to return and it did not disappoint. The property was clean, with plenty of space for my husband and me, and had all the necessities (plus some nice extra touches) for our stay. The location could not have been more perfect. We loved spending our mornings and sunsets on the balcony, watching and listening to the ocean. The owner responded immediately when we had a question during our stay. We are thankful we rented this unit on our first visit and are planning to return in 2023!

Condo was just as advertised and came with many special touches to help make you feel at home (plenty of bath towels, paper plates, paper towels, TP, phone chargers, etc). Great view of the ocean/beach, great location (close to everything) and the bikes that come with condo are a great perk. Additionally, the welcome email answers any questions you may have and provides tons of extra info and recommendations.

very up-to-date, perfect storage, incredible view and beach access, beach chairs, bikes, all provided and all of the little extras. Immaculate condition, only problem was getting used to Roku TV but realized needed new batteries which we found.
