Nice place! Clean and comfy with a nice view. The only thing I would suggest would be for them to update their beach equipment. Beach chairs were rusted out and broken, the beach umbrella was broken, and there were no beach towels provided. Otherwise great stay!

My wife and I always stay at Ocean Dunes. This is the second time we’ve stayed in this unit. Everything was wonderful, like before. Vacation Time is always easy to work with and everything was seamless.

The property was exactly as marketed. It fulfilled all of our needs and our check list. Not just oceanfront or beachfront. It's on the beach and we had a wonderful ocean view. Nice balcony to sit and enjoy breakfast and dinner. Wonderful stay. We've decided to stay longer next time!

We enjoyed our stay view was awesome. When we arrived on Saturday we could immediately see the floor had not been cleaned had a good amount of dust and dirt on it. The silverware was dirty as well as pots and pans. I notified Vacation Time of Hilton Head and she did offer to send a cleaning crew out but we declined due to already occupying the condo. I did mention the silverware being unsanitary and she did not have a response. We had already purchased plastic silverware and paper plates before our arrival. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo could use some upgrades.
