Just a quick 2-minute walk away are the beach, local restaurants, bars, and shops. Beach essentials such as chairs, umbrella, and cooler are provided, ensuring you have everything you need for a day at the beach. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The host will request a photo of a valid ID upon booking ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bookings are accepted for guests 25 years or older only ⭐⭐⭐ NO PETS are allowed, even visiting ones ⭐⭐ Changes to reservations or adjustment of reservation dates will incur a $150.00 fee ⭐ Security cameras are placed outside at the front door and back gate entrance for your peace of mind and additional security. We enjoyed the house and the yard especially! Our girls loved using the bikes, the swings and games and taking walks to the beach. It was the perfect little get away for a soccer tournament.

We are so glad to have found this spot! The beach was so close, clean and not crowded, and the owners had the house fully stocked with everything we could need! From beach accessories and towels to all the kitchen staples - the owners thought of everything. We are looking forward to returning next year and making this our annual vacation destination!

We had such a fun weekend at Barbara’s place in Indian Rocks. She truly thought of everything including with this vacation rental. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were quite comfortable. There are ample charging stations for electronics and if bringing a family, we even spotted a pack and play and high chair. We utilized the wagon for the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided daily. The outdoor space is a little tropical haven with comfortable Adirondack chairs. We knew the pics looked lovely but this rental far exceeded our expectations. It is 3 blocks from the beach and walking distance to numerous restaurants. Our favorites die Guppy’s, Keegan’s and Villa Gallace. Book this rental, you won’t regret it.

Barbra was very communicative throughout our whole stay. This home is just a short walk from the beach. All the beach accessories you need are supplied. The cupboards are stocked with supplies so you don’t have to buy every little thing. Really open and comfortable floor plan. Was a great place to stay for a weekend beach vacation with friends. The house was clean and very comfortable. The kids spent a lot of time in the backyard playing when we weren't out and about. It's a short walk to the beach. Clearwater is close and easy to get to. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the house. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great vacation. The property was even nicer than the pictures. Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, location was perfect. Close enough to walk to the beach. There was a beach wagon, chairs and sand toys in the storage box in the backyard. Smart TV in living room so you could log into Netflix, Prime, etc. in the evening. I highly recommend this property and the owner.

I gave this house 5 Stars hands down!! Barbra was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. She also supplied everything you could think of which made traveling so much easier. Our girls had a blast playing out back everyday and loved all the beach accessories that were provided. The house is very cozy and comfortable. All the locals were very friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and will be back in the future!! Thank you so much!
