Offering two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, with a open spacious living room and kitchen. Private patio with Tables, Chairs, Huge Umbrella, shared Hot Tub, Grill, also offering Bicycles and Beach Chairs. Close walk to the beach, restaurants, cocktails, ice cream, and many other shops. Plus, walk half a block into the neighborhood to fabulous Kolb park with tennis, pickle ball, skateboard park, playground, basketball, or enjoy watching a baseball game. We request on-site renter to be a minimum 25 years of age. This wonderful like new location offers something for everyone and is sure to relax you, your family, and your friends!

Very nice trip, we're familiar with the area so the access to the beach was priority for us, too bad the weather did not cooperate but that's January for you. Easy walk less than 5 minutes to the beach. Vacation home was very nice, clean. Good communication for the couple questions we had after we arrived.

There are some really great things about this place, and with a little attention it could be 5 stars. The location is great. It is close to some food options, a short walk to the beach, and the unit is appointed well. The air was off on our arrival and it was over 80° inside (at 10pm). I had a lot of communication with the host and no one could fix it until the next day. It was a rough night with that heat. The unit was not cleaned well. After bugging the host about the heat, we gave up trying to reach out and spwnt our time out of the unit because several things need attention. There is mold in the shower by the living room, mold on the water spout on the fridge, the filter on the fridge needs changed, the bikes have rusted chains and a flat tire so they cant be used, and the tv's audio kept going in and out. We had to keep turning it off and on for it to work. There is no smoke detector in the kitchen (its on a shelf, new in the package and not installed). The hot tub was dirty and the display does not work, so you couldn't turn on jets, lights, or anything. Check out is 10, and you have to wash the dishes and the towels, so I'm not sure what the cleaning fee is for, because it appears they do not clean. Many of these are minor, and this place would be great if they were addressed. It sounds like no one cares for the unit except for "cleaning" that occurs.

We loved being so close to the beach. There is tons of beach equipment available for use. Beds were very comfortable. There were som hiccups with check in but Paula and team worked hard to accommodate my family. It was a great stay by the beach!

Really enjoyed staying at this house. Clean and renovated. Less than 5 min walk to the beach. The owners left a lot of beach equipment like chairs and umbrellas, which was very nice! Highly Recommend!

The rental was great. Close to the beach. A short walk to the pickleball courts behind it. Close to some great food spots. It was clean, well stocked with everything one would need for a carefree stay. The many options for night time family entertainment was great. (Hulu, Netflix among some choices) And, communication with Paula was great. Prompt responses with answers every time. I highly recommend for any family wanting to be close to the beach in a great place. Thank you.

I thoroughly enjoyed my two week stay in this cozy cottage, located steps from the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants and a convenience store. The cottage was as advertised online; it was clean and nicely furnished and decorated.

The house was great - really good use of space, extremely clean and well-maintained. Shed was full of beach and park equipment (chairs, pickle-ball sets, etc). Beach was very close as described in listing. You do have to cross Gulf Blvd and there is no crosswalk at 15th. It was a bit challenging with traffic. We had a full size sedan and a truck - we could not fit both in the driveway. It will only fit 2 cars if they are small. We found free parking at the park. We would rent the place again if we were staying in the area!

This was the perfect place to spend Thanksgiving week with family - loved the proximity just steps to the beach and to my favorite local restaurants. The beachy decor and updated kitchen and bathrooms were great, and we appreciated the stocked kitchen (we even cooked Thanksgiving dinner here!). It has anything you may need for the beach (tons of chairs, coolers, games, etc.). Paula was great in communication, helping us when we had trouble with one of the TVs (which was resolved). I would definitely stay here again!

We would definitely stay here again. The cottage was cute and well equipped for our stay. Everything was very close with shops and restaurants within walking distance. And the reason we all come here is the beach. Very close. Walkable in just a minute or 2.

Everything was pretty much perfect besides all the roaches that were on the walls and running around every night. It was disgusting and for that, I wouldn’t rebook this place.

It was a dream to be able to wake up and hop across the street to swim each morning. We used all the beach supplies in the shed, and were thankful for the powerful AC and great grill in the yard.

This rental had everyrhing we could ask for amd need. The location was perfect with the beach on one side and a community park for the kids on the other. The unit was clean and cozy and had all the conveniences one could ask for. Highly recommend!!!

This cottage is perfect for IRB getaway! Very nicely appointed with all the extras, bikes, beach wagon, chairs, etc. We enjoyed the nearby courts for tennis and pickle ball. Great stay, will return!
