Beautifully remodeled two large bedrooms with king beds, one full bathroom, with a open spacious living room and gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Private Patio with Tables, Chairs, Huge Umbrella, and Grill, with shared Hot Tub, also offering Bicycles, Beach Wagon w/ Cooler, Chairs, Umbrella, and toys. Walk close to the beach, restaurants, cocktails, ice cream, and many other shops. Plus, walk half a block into the neighborhood to fabulous Kolb Park with pickle ball, tennis, skateboarding, children’s playground, basketball (included), or enjoy watching a baseball game. This wonderful like new location offers something for everyone and is sure to relax you, your family, and your friends!

This was a great little getaway for my daughter and I! It was clean and a convenient location in the nice little town of Indian Rocks beach.The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen and bathroom was well equipped. I would stay here again!

This was such a lovely house, super clean, bright and airy and have lovely amenities like a fire pit, outdoor seating for dining and a nice hot tub. We loved the fact it came equipped with beach items like chairs, umbrellas, and so forth so we weren't traveling with it all. The house is a short walk to the beach and all these fabulous restaurants and bars. The host was so easy to communicate with and laid everything out for us. Amazing stay start to finish, would totally stay here again!

Loved the place, the location was excellent . Restaurants and beach access was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the pillows could be better but minor details . Loved having laundry in the house .

When booked in September, for January, I asked for a grab bar to be installed in the bathtub. Not done, ordered one from Amazon. Beach chairs were all too low for senior citizens, ordered a camp chair from Amazon for myself. Poor lighting in walkway from parking lot. Uncomfortable furniture in living room, lumpy broken down couch and one uncomfortable chair. Living room needed a lamp. Could have better explained TV use. Beds were comfortable. Outside seating area was nice. Walk to beach was easy.
