This stay was amazing. Big, clean beds. Awesome kitchen and literally steps from the beach. Great get away and literally the best location in Indian Rocks Beach. 10/10 would love to stay again!

In 41 years visiting the Clearwater area for Philadelphia Phillies spring training, this is, by far, the best accomodations we have ever rented! Easy access to 4 baseball stadiums; Phillies, Blue Jays, Rays and Pirates. The cottage is super clean, appears to have been recently remodeled and the amenities are as mentioned in the listing; especially beach towels, beach chairs and a beach wagon. I took advantage of the lovely stone patio to enjoy the sun when the beach was too cold and my husband was napping. Super close to the beach (amazing sunsets) and restaurants and the trolley stop is right at the corner if you don't have a car. We also cooked out on the grill once. Chatted with the owner a couple times in the first day and a half and she was very responsive and answered our questions. There are 2 cottages on this property and we hope to rent both in 2024.

This cottage was perfect for us- very cute and clean. Just a short walk to the beach. Ice cream, shops, and restaurants were in walking distance as well. The area is just beautiful! Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay in a fun cottage!

We had a great time during our stay at this perfect cottage. It was very clean and the pictures online are a very accurate representation of what you will get when you stay here. There are so many amenities, including the hot tub, which was great after a long day at the beach and a great little sitting area outside and all the beach supplies you need. Communications with the host were very good and she responded quickly when we had questions. We will definitely stay here again when we come down to Indian rocks.

When booked in September, for January, I asked for a grab bar to be installed in the bathtub. Not done, ordered one from Amazon. Beach chairs were all too low for senior citizens, ordered a camp chair from Amazon for myself. Poor lighting in walkway from parking lot. Uncomfortable furniture in living room, lumpy broken down couch and one uncomfortable chair. Living room needed a lamp. Could have better explained TV use. Beds were comfortable. Outside seating area was nice. Walk to beach was easy.

Good location, close to beach and restaurants. Only issue was the Wi-Fi receptions wasn’t the bed especially in the bedrooms. Also, bring your own soap.

The upgrades on this cottage are perfect! The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s beautiful inside! The beds are extra comfortable, the proximity to the beach/bars and restaurants is extremely close and the property contact was extremely accommodating and responsive! It is exceptionally clean and cozy! We will be back for sure! Thank you for having a post and pictures that actually match what we experienced!!

We so enjoyed our stay on at the cottage on Indian Rocks Beach! There were an abundance of beach paraphernalia so we didn't have to bring that along. The cottage was well furnished and the new gas grill worked perfectly! Our grandkids loved the beach, park and library nearby. Excellent!

Stayed here with my wife and another couple. The cottage was the perfect size for the four of us. It is well maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed for a couple meals at home, which was ideal for us. We also loved being just a 2 minute walk from the beach. We would definitely stay again!

To many good things to write out in a post
This was by far the nicest rental property I’ve ever stayed in. Everything about the property is amazing; Jim and Cheryl really give you everything you need to enjoy your stay. They give you so many amenities to enjoy (ie: hot tub, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, comfortable bed, beach and shower towels, washer and dryer) the list goes on. Not to mention that Jim and Cheryl are the nicest renters I’ve met.
The place is super clean and less than a block from a quiet beach. I don’t have anything wrong to say about it. Jim and Cheryl Went above and beyond to make this place a spectacular stay.

We stayed for a family wedding and this cottage was the perfect location. It was close to everything, clean and a perfect place to stay. We are already talking about our next trip!

Communication was great throughout the booking process and stay. The location and proximity to the beach is excellent. The beach access is literally across the street, a very short walk. The cottage was exceptionally clean and is well stocked with everything you need for the comforts of home. Linens are provided, towels, and even beach towels! The kitchen is very well stocked and has nice high-end appliances including a dishwasher. The beautifully furnished cottage has a beachy feel and is also equipped with books, games, cards, and puzzles, nice TVs and washer and dryer. They really put in the extra effort to provide anything you might need for your stay. The outdoor building is stocked with coolers, chairs, bikes, outdoor games, and beach toys. There is even an outdoor shower to spray off the sand! The hot tub was nice and relaxing and we also made use of the grill and nice patio. Although cottage “A” sits right in front of cottage “B” you have plenty of privacy. We have two children and we all loved our stay here! Worth every penny! Seriously just bring your clothes and food and you are set!

Great property!! So much to do!
Such a cute home and so many extras. It was originally suppose to be my husband and our two girls, but it ended up being just the girls and I. I felt very safe in the area, they had so much fun on the bikes all the beach equipment made for a easy vacation! Would stay here again for sure!

We've stayed all over the country in various beach locations, but our trip to Indian Rocks was a first. For a family of 5, this house was perfect for us. I've paid way more for not near the experience and accommodations this rental provides. The owners have done a tremendous job updating this cottage and it all was as nice as the pictures we saw beforehand. They also go the extra mile to provide plenty of beach equipment, an outdoor grille, and terrific wifi. If you like the overcrowded tourist traps, this location may not be for you. We enjoyed the easy beach access and uncrowded beaches. Entertainment options are an easy drive if you are a thrill seeker, but there is plenty to do around the house. The beach is easy to walk to and the city park just a block away was tremendous. We used the basketball court, tennis courts and playground nearly every day. To make things even better, the city library was another block past the park. The librarians were excited to spoil my teenage book worm with plenty of books to buy and/or checkout. There is at least three quality seafood joints a short walk away, an ice cream shop and also a pizza restaurant that had live music most nights. An added bonus for the location was proximity and ease of access to airports. We had friends staying on Anna Maria Island the same week and they had to get a hotel room in town the night before their flight home to cut down the drive. This trip was right up there with some of our most enjoyable beach vacations over the years. We intend to return.

Fantastic everything!
I am a VRBO property owner for 20+ years and understand intimately the VRBO process and challenges of maintaining a high quality vacation rental. Jim and Cheryl's property is EXACTLY as depicted and I could tell from the condition and set-up of their property that they have gone to extraordinary lengths to create a great venue for their guests. The home is is immaculate condition, kitchen is modern and functional, new bathroom, new washer/dryer, high quality/comfortable beds and an A/C unit that is killer AWESOME after the hot days we spent fishing and at the beach in June. Really everything about the rental was perfect, I could not critique a thing that required improvement. The location is a SUPERB value to the proximity to the beach...literally a minute walk til your feet is in the sand! You will enjoy your vacation with certainty with this superb property and excellent hosts.

Comfortable Stay Close to Beach
Property is such an easy quick walk to the beach and restaurants and ice cream shops. AC worked well and having indoor laundry was a huge plus. Place was big enough for the whole family. Had a slight communication issue with the rules for the hot tub, but owner was quick to respond and we got it squared away. Comfortable place to relax after being out at the beach and several days at Disney.
