The Everline Spa & Resort: ski-in/ski-out at Palisades Tahoe Ski area It’s been called “the perfect place in the perfect place.” The Resort is a four-star, four-diamond resort hotel that enjoys stunning panoramic views of Palisades Tahoe ski area and the High Sierra Crest and which offers ski-in/ski-out convenience in the winter and golf-in/golf out convenience in the summer. The putting green, driving range, and first tee are right out your door, as is the Squaw Creek ski lift. The Resort even has its own ticket window and ski and rental shops, all slope side. Clothing and jewelry shops, a deli, and 2-4 restaurants are located on the premises, as well as an adventure concierge service, a year-round heated outdoor pool and hot tubs, and a full-service spa. In the summer, add tennis courts, a play pool for younger children, and a water slide. On-site winter activities include sleigh and dogsled rides, a sledding hill and ice skating rink. This room connects to the a deluxe hotel room (VRBO #770320), so it can be rented independently or together with the adjacent suite to form a 2-bedroom suite. We also manage an 8th floor valley-view hotel room (VRBO #770319) with two queen beds that connects to the adjacent 2BR Presidential Penthouse (VRBO # 767687) to form a 3BR Penthouse. Fireplace suite – Forest View -1 king bed in separate bedroom, queen sleep sofa in living area. closet, desk, flat-screen TV and full bath. 7th floor location gives this property some of the nicest views on the forest side of the building. Additional Charges: 11% Placer County lodging tax, 1% Squaw/Alpine Mass Transit tax, and 0.5% OV/AM MD Assessment are added to your reservation. (total 12.5%) $50/day Resort Fee will be charged at Front Desk at check-in. Self Park: $30 per night, Valet $65 per night Cancellation: Call us. We will usually refund 100% if cancelled 30 days or more prior to check-in. 50 % if 7 to 30 days prior to check-in

We always stay at everline, summer and winter. Condo and hotel amenities so convenient for us all. Gym, pool, hot tubs, stores, comfy beds and restaurant services…. Don’t have to leave to find or get anything. Like having living room and kitchen space to hang out in.

I gave the room 5 stars because it is exactly what I expected, as I have been staying at this resort for over a decade and very familiar with the rooms. That being said, the resort itself was disappointing this time. The kids pool with the water slide was closed the first two days of our stay. The pool area is the main reason we stay here. There was a towel shortage each day we were here and one day, there were no towels at all until about 3pm. The staff seemed underwhelmed. We learned the management just changed a few days ago. My husband spoke to the new GM who wanted to hear about the issues. Hopefully they will consider a renovation as well. The area is beautiful and I will always love this place - but it’s not like it once was.

My wife and I love the Resort at Squaw Creek. The grounds are beautiful. The ski check service is great. The pool and hot tubs are perfect. The unit was clean and quiet. Palisades Ski Resort is the best Tahoe has to offer and this property is the best on the mountain. Very special!

We loved staying at the lodge and skiing every morning a few steps away. Resort had outdoor pool and spa that we enjoyed along with a well-equipped gym. We will definitely book again.

We love our time at Palisades and the Resort at Squaw Creek is such a great location. We love this unit since it’s a great valued 1 be suite with a fire place and kitchenette. As you may have heard the “resort chair” is fairly advanced terrain. It’s super convenient as a ski in/out but if you have any beginners with you - you’ll just hop on the shuttle to the village which is an added step but very helpful (& free!).

Love this property and the amenities. The condo is nicely appointed with everything you might need for a holiday in the mountains. It’s a lovely size with a nice view of the mountains. We took advantage of the hot tubs after skiing which are always nice.

When we checked in the reservation was listed under a name different than wither of the two we provided. We were able to provide proof of the reservation including confirmation by the property manager however it delayed our check in by 45 minutes. We listed 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) on the reservation but the unit only had towels for 2 guests. When we contacted the front desk we were told that they could not service the room include providing additional towels or blankets. We were eventually able to convince housekeeping to bring up two towel sets but it required additional back and forth.

My family of four really enjoyed our stay in this unit and at the resort overall. We usually rent a unit in the Village, but this worked out better because of all the kid activities, the beautiful scenery, the heated pool, and the ease of access to the snow for the little ones. The unit itself was as described. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable, they have a variety of pillow options, and, since we were on the 7th floor, we had a beautiful view from up high of the trees covered in snow. The only downside was that you have to pay extra if you want housecleaning to service your room. Other than that, it was a lovely vacation. We'll be back for sure.

A lot of stair cases were blocked off/worked on. The carbon monoxide detector went off in the room. Parking is not convenient. You either pay for valet or park and have to walk a distance.
