South Shores Lake Powell Retreat Home is very clean home with an eastern sunrise view has plenty of room inside and out and set up for 6 people comfortably. If you have your own sleeping bags 2 more guest are invited at a cost of $25 each. Very comfortable, spacious and uncluttered with a large kitchen, Washer and dryer, Iron and Board. Home is very clean and no animals have been allowed. Front door deck is Ideal for the early morning sunrise and cup of coffee. Off the deck to the front patio is a gas BBQ and glass patio table and 4 chairs. Plenty of parking for 4 Vehicles in front and boat and trailer or jet skis on the side of the home . Outside motion detector lighting ,Please be kind, respectful and mannered to the neighbors. We are 11 minutes from Lake Powell, 10 minutes from Antelope Canyon , 10 minutes from Horseshoe Bend and 5 minutes from Glen Canyon Damn We'd enjoy you booking with us and share with you everything about Lake Powell Country and Page America.

The home was clean & comfortable. Ted & Teresa had a TON of info about hiking trails & tours that was very helpful. We came to Page specifically to visit a slot canyon. They steered us toward choosing the Waterhole Canyon Experience as opposed to a more popular tour. We were so glad they did. The guides at WCE were friendly & the tour groups were small. We got beautiful pics without other people in them. Great trip!!

The home is located right next to the airport but our initial concerns were absolutely unnecessary as there are very few flights with small aircraft and helicopters during the day but none at night.
The home is super clean and has everything you need. So many thoughtful touches and amenities.
We will definitely return if our travel brings us back to the area.

This rental was perfectly appointed and very reasonably priced. Owners were very attentive and stayed in constant communication with us before and throughout our stay. They even sent their recommendations for best local restaurants, tours, hikes, lake sports outfitters, and other helpful hints. My only regret is that we didn’t have more time.

We really enjoyed our stay at TNT’s South Shore Retreat. It was a great home base from which to explore the surrounding area. We came from North Vancouver, BC, Canada and were travelling with my husband’s sister and husband who were visiting from New Zealand. We managed to take in Big John’s BBQ for dinner the first night which was packed and had live music. The following day we spent time at the Glen Canyon Dam, went on a boat tour on Lake Powell from Antelope Point marina and enjoyed lunch at “the world’s largest floating restaurant”! Would come for a longer period of time next time, and we’d definitely recommend TNT’s place to others!

We spent the majority of our time in Page out exploring, but it was great to have a clean, comfortable and convenient location to come home to in the evenings. Everything was as described and it was a great space for the family to spread out vs being couped up in a hotel. We had a HVAC problem when we first arrived and Ted was extremely responsive and had the problem fixed immediately (on a Saturday!!). I hesitate to even bring it up but just wanted to point out the fact that the hosts were on it immediately and fixed the issue permanently. Their responsiveness as well as the space solidified my confidence in giving this recommendation. I would definitely stay again and recommend this spot to anyone staying in Page.

The property was very clean and check in and all communication with Theresa & Ted was timely and precise. Page is a beautiful area. The view from the patio was amazing! Yes, we were right across the street from the airport, but this did not bother us a bit. I would recommend these hosts and this property.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this house while we explored the Page area and it's numerous hiking and photographic opportunities. The backyard deck was the perfect place to have our breakfast before heading out to our adventures including Horseshoe Bend, Hanging Garden Trail, Glen Canyon Dam Overlook, Beehive Trail, and parts of the Rim Trail. We purchased tickets way in advance for both upper and lower Antelope Canyon tours and thoroughly enjoyed both. On our way to Fredonia, we hiked Wire Pass Trail Head to parts of Buckskin Gulch. I would highly recommend this hike as it had great views and less crowded than Antelope Canyon. Realize you first must purchase a daily pass online on recreation.gov ($6. per person). The 8 mile dirt road is bumpy to the trail head, but well worth it.
We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, the comfortable beds, safe neighborhood to walk around, and the occasional airplanes landing on the small airport across the street.
The grocery store is close as well as many restaurants.

The house was so welcoming, clean and Ted & Theresa so responsive. The neighbor has become a friend we'll be staying in touch with. Everything about our stay was perfect. There's nothing I can say was not perfect.
