Recently renovated! A beautiful 2 bedroom 2 full bath plus loft townhome located in Executive BayClub MM87, it is a private gated community (Bayside Waterfront) located in Islamorada, Florida Keys. Minutes from restaurants, attractions and grocery stores.
The unit is a two story with a third level loft. It has high end features and stainless steel appliances. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, master bedroom has a king size bed and guest bedroom has 2 queen beds. Smart TV's, Wifi, cable and BBQ Gas grill. Unit is located in the N Building.
Community has 24hour security and is located on a private bay side beach with Boat dock/fishing pier, Olympic size pool and clubhouse. There are also two tennis courts and walking paths throughout the community and a tiki hut/BBQ.
Founders Park/Yacht Harbor is right next door. Which has many outside activities to enjoy. There is no better place to enjoy your vacation than in the Florida Keys. Islamorada is the Sport fishing capital of the world! The world famous Tiki Bar @ The Post Card Inn is a short drive away, plenty of Fishing charter boats/Jet Ski/Boat Rental options are available. CVS, Publix, Winn Dixie, Movie Theater and multiple dining options are all short trips from the property. This unit is a No Smoking and No Pets, 28 Night Minimum Rental

The property has been newly renovated and looks beautiful. It was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable with soft linen, there was plenty of storage and every amenity you could need. The location is perfect for eating out or doing activies in Islamorada. Owners were very helpful and responsive whenever we needed it. I would love to stay here again!
