This beautiful, modern, upgraded 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment at Summer Sea has everything you would want for your fabulous vacation. New to the rental market, this fourth floor apartment has a Brand-new modern kitchen, and new furniture will make your stay a joy! With a king size bed in the Master and bunk beds in the guest (see photos), there is plenty of room for the grandkids to visit.
Summer Sea is a multi-story residential waterfront condominium with a friendly atmosphere with on-site management. The perfect place to spend your vacation. This condominium is right on the bay with amazing views! It's on Plantation Key just north of the famous Marker 88 Restaurant, and four restaurants within walking distance. The complex is located at mile marker 88.5 which is within The Village of Islamorada. With an abundance of community areas such as a beautiful sandy area and lots of space to stretch, large, shared kitchen/entertaining area, newly remodeled game rooms, a gym with all new equipment, sandy beach or roof top deck to watch the stunning sunsets, 2 pools (one heated), laundry rooms etc.
****28-day minimum, Must be rented by the calendar month Jan through March with a Minimum rental of 2 months when renting February. No Pets, No Smoking.
Florida Lease required. application and background check performed by the condominium is required. Summer Sea Condominium requires a 5-day notice, and their $200 fee is nonrefundable. If you cancel your reservation the 3% credit card fee charged to process the payments is non-refundable. Please note that the security deposit will be held against your credit card three days before your arrival and released after departure. This is not a charge, just a hold until it can be verified that there is no damage. Feel free to inquire for all details. Jonelle was great !! Easy to talk to. Very accessible although after a good meet and great Jonelle left nothing to ask for. Very friendly people great atmosphere. Worth going back.
