Just reduced for last minute Spring Break family!! This townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a private patio with bbq. The unit has been beautifully renovated, decorated, and has all the comforts for a relaxing vacation. This is our 4th year at Executive Bay. One thing that differentiates this place from others was that it was ready for a rental family. It was clean. There was cabinet space for dry goods, clean and spacious refrigerator, major utilities such as washer and dryer, both showers, dish washer, all lighting fixtures worked! Other Executive Bay rental experiences were deficient in one or more of these areas. The upstairs was very well laid out with 3 bedrooms. Lastly the decor was very well done and was pleasing to the eye. This was nicest place we stayed in.

The unit was adequate but needed a lot of concerns addressed upon arrival. Dryer broken, fan broken, portacrib broken, broken toaster, no kayak, broken drawer, uncomfortable beds for example. The owner addressed most concerns quickly so that helped! Heater was broken at pool but was fixed by the last week we were there. Overall the development was good and Founders Park next door was great!
