The condo is exactly as advertised. The view is incredible and worth coming back for. Access to the mountain is easy with the shuttle and it is close enough to walk if that suits you. Our family enjoyed the fitness center and hot tubs during our stay as well. Ann was very responsive and made the entire experience seamless. Thanks for the wonderful family time in Steamboat.

Son and I spent four nights in mid December for skiing before the holiday rush. The condo is excellent. Super comfortable rooms, great kitchen, and what a view, day and night. At night all of Steamboat is lit up for the holidays. Even the grinchiest of hearts will grow three sizes looking out while in this cozy place. The shuttle pickup for the ski resort is essentially at the door and runs very frequently. Ann was a great and communicative host. We will definitely stay here again on our next ski trip to Steamboat.

Ann's home is the perfect place to enjoy Steamboat Springs. The view from her terrace is amazing. The location is convenient to everything in the area. Plus, Ann is highly communicative and makes everything so easy. Her home had everything you'll need. We would definitely return in the future.

This was our first visit to Steamboat Springs and it was such an amazing little get away! Ann is so sweet and very attentive! Her place is so homey and very very clean! The view is breathtaking! This is probably the cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever used! And the description is spot on… gorgeous views. It’s so cozy to sit by the fireplace and watch the snow fall. Ann was extraordinarily friendly and helpful with all our questions. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! Great location, private shuttle steps away, amazing views, very well stocked and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed and the views were the best part to really feel like you were getting all the mountains views in Steamboat. Property owner was very kind and timely at responding. Checking in was a breeze once you got past the vehicle registration. Place was well equipped and the accommodations good for our big family and the furnishings were beautiful. We had a man awesome view. Groceries and dining establishments were fairly close.

Just like the other reviews have stated and we had hoped this property and host more than lived up to our expectations.
Communication from the moment we made our booking to pre arrival was excellent, with great tips & guides for our trip provided regularly.
Upon arrival, the room was ready earlier luckily for us and Ann was more than flexible and letting us checkin a few hours earlier which is a life saver with young kids in tow.
The location, and property are exactly as advertised; beautiful, great location and very easy to get to.
Inside, you will find a well-equipped kitchen as advertised, a great living room area where most of the family stayed playing games or watching tv.
Two good-sized bedrooms with plenty of pillows, storage and a super comfortable mattress welcome you after a long and tiring day having fun.
Our favorite part of the property was the heated bathroom floor which everybody loved to walk on and heat their feet. The bathrooms are well equipped, clean, and with good water pressure.
Overall, as every other reviewer has mentioned before us, the property was fantastic, as well as the host. We loved our time there and we already planning our next visit and stay with Ann.

My goodness, I'm not joking when I say, "a home away from home". My family decided to drive into Steamboat, since we are Denver natives. We have driven to other resorts, so we figured a 3 hour drive wasn't a big deal and we really wanted to experience Steamboat for the first time. I am always apprehensive discovering new locations, but the condo was so easy to find, the streets were cleared and easy to navigate. Naturally, Steamboat just had a recent snow storm, so the streets and the landscape had snow everywhere. What a beautiful scene.
Upon entering the parking lot to the condo, I noticed there was plenty of parking. The door code was very easy to use. I love how there are instructions inside, on the fridge. This makes it easy for EVERYONE to understand the use of parking, use of other items and leaving the property. I find it has been a nuisance in the past on other properties, because I would be the one responsible for opening the app, finding the property and going over the rules. The condo was clean, it had everything we needed for preparing meals, taking showers, using the hot tub, sleeping with comfy bedding and most importantly COFFEE. I also loved how the rooms were separately heated, so I could choose to lower the heat or use the fan for bedtime. I also can't forget the heated bathroom floor. I didn't think it was a big deal to have a heated floor, but my mind will forever be changed. The view in the daytime was astonishing, but at night......WOW! All the Christmas lights were up and shining. I have to admit, several times while watching tv, it was either myself or my husband, but we would look and each other and say, "this place IS real cozy and comfy." Ann, I just want to express my gratitude in opening up your cozy home for others to know and feel. I can't wait to return.

This property lived up to all of its 5-star ratings. The location is wonderful, within an easy 8-minute shuttle ride to the Steamboat Springs base village. The no-joke view is just that - no joke! The two large west-facing windows provided a perfect vantage point for watching the colors of the valley change from daybreak to sunset, on bluebird days and in snow. The kitchen, bathrooms and living area were all stocked with everything a small family could need. And Ann is a gracious and welcoming host. We will be back.

My mom and I visited for the weekend and this was the perfect spot. Quick access to downtown and strawberry hot springs, but far enough away to have privacy and beautiful views. Our host was very communicative and polite. Highly recommend!

Great view with sightings of hot air balloons in the morning, Away from traffic so its quiet. A/C is certainly a plus as the September daytime temps were 85-90. Probably the best equipped kitchen I've seen in a condo. Couldn't find a smallish fry pan but plenty of large ones to choose from. Lots of condiments and an ice maker that really produces. Comfy beds and bath. Could maybe consider a grab bar outside the tub but that's the only thing I can think of to add.
Communication with owner is excellent! We contacted her with a question by text while in the condo and got an answer right away! Can't ask for more than that.
