About this condo rental
Nestled in Radium Hot Springs, this lovely condo for $104 per night is a great option for your next trip. 1,500 square foot, two level condo apartment nestled in the mountains of Kootenay National Park at the village of Radium Hot Springs, BC. Located 2.5 hours from the Calgary (Alberta) International Airport, and 1.5 hours from Banff in Banff National Park. An all seasons vacation destination, Radium boasts access to approximately 20 golf courses within minutes to 1 hour distance; 6 of Canada's best ski hills from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours away; the Radium and Fairmont natural hot springs, and outdoor activities galore! Come and enjoy this fabulous vacation destination! The completely outfitted condo unit includes two bedrooms each with queen sized beds on the main level, and a loft with two double beds on the second floor. Sleeping areas are provided with closets, dresser drawers and bed side tables. Condo sleeps 4 persons (Strata and Radium bylaw). Three full washrooms complete with shower (3) and/or bathtub (2). Towels, and an assortment of soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Fully stocked kitchen with stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and tea pot. Panty and fridge stocked with an assortment of non-parishables and condiments for guest use. In unit air conditioning, heating and clothes washer and drier. Community pool facility with heated, outdoor swimming pool with sunning deck and furniture (open seasonally from May to October) and outdoor hot tub (open all year). Outdoor children's play ground beside community pool. Building has an elevator that runs from the underground parkade to third (top) floor where Condo is situated. There is also an access stair well just outside the Condo's front door. One dedicated underground parking stall is provided for guests, with surface parking also available for visitors on a first come first serve basis. Free high speed internet/wifi and access to streaming services through Roku provided. 44" TV with DVD Player. A selection of board games, cards, books and DVD movies provided. No smoking, no pets (Strata bylaw). Two balconies (one off main living area, the second off Master Bedroom) with patio furniture and a BBQ. Safety features include keyless entry and deadbolt, several smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and emergency stair well just outside the condo unit's front door. Just minutes walk to downtown Radium with a variety of restaurants and eating and drinking establishments, and grocery and retail stores. 5 minute walk to Radium Springs golf course. 5 minute drive to the Radium Hot Springs, and 15 minutes to the Town of Invermere and Windermere Lake with public swimming beach and access to boating and associated water sports. The condo is very nicely laid out for up to 6 people. Very clean and well stocked with towels, linens and kitchen supplies which we do appreciated. The only reason for the 4 stars is we found all of the beds uncomfortable as they were very firm (not our preference). Everything else was great though.

I loved that it was a top floor suite, with lots of windows to view the neighbourhood wildlife that wondered by. The kitchen had all that we needed. The building is located on a main street from a lumber mill; so occasionally the street would get noisy from the big trucks that drove past. Overall it was a good stay for a great price.

Condo worked perfectly for our family group. Was clean and well appointed. As the mid-point stay of our road trip, we really appreciated the washer /dryer, and the comfy beds. Our trip included Yellowstone, Glacier and Banff/Lake Louise with our favorite being the condo in Radium Hot Springs.

Overall the unit was good, few dirty glasses. (Good) Well stocked and equipped. Nice views and walkable to downtown and golf course, very quiet building with one underground stall included and reasonable price. (Bads) Only 4 adults allowed, no cable included and have to take out garbage and start laundry when we left although paying a cleaning fee. We would return again though.

Right from the moment we walked in we felt like we were home! The space was clean, comfortable and had literally everything we needed. The little kids loved the pool, the big kids loved the loft. We had 8 people in this space and it did not feel cramped at all! We would love to stay here again sometime. ♥️

Great place, good location, nicely stocked with basics, hot tub was nice (didn’t go in the pool). The in-window ac unit had trouble cooling all rooms but open windows at night to be cool while sleeping.

As regular visitors to Radium, we were happy to find David’s property. We have stayed at other locations at the PEAKS and this property did not disappoint. Lots of room for 7 of us, and the unit is well appointed. The weather was great as usual, and we took advantage of the hot tub and pool. Happy to find this unit, and would highly reccomend!

The unit was VERY clean and had lots of amenities. The building was also very clean and quiet. Lots of parking, and the pool/hot tub were just perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would choose this one again for sure!

This property was perfect for our family golf weekend and a place to catch up with old friends. Plenty of room for the 8 of us! Hope to be back to this property one day soon!

This was a great condo. Very spacious and clean. We had 7 people and there was lots of room. Could use new pillows. Otherwise I would definitely rebook this. Dave was awesome with communicating when needed.

A group on a business trip, we really enjoyed having the three private bathrooms and the generous kitchen and eating area.
The building seems well maintained and was very clean.
Only minor complaint is that it is a little noisy. The logging trucks drive by all day and night and all the hard surfaces in the suite do not help to muffle noises.

We had 6 family members all stay in this condo - it was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, and condiments that we could use! We loved sitting on the porches in the morning sipping our coffee and playing card games out there in the afternoon as well. We have stayed in many different condos in Radium, this one was by far our favourite!

The peaks stay was a great home away from home. Suit was well stocked with necessities, neighbour's are friendly, location is good for watching the sheep and dear in the early am and evenings. Overall a great place to stay, will stay again next time.
