Met expectations. We knew that the pub was now closed and therefore uncertain about access and general upkeep.
Unkept outside area - planters and garden beds neglected and washing remaining on clothes line. Shower head could do with de-scaling and shower screen too narrow to contain water on floor.

Easy access, parking immediately outside
Reasonably priced, I understand why having stayed
Extremely noisy next door to around midnight, young men very rowdy in what appeared to be some sort of staff room
No spare toilet roll, fundamental issue!

Cosy, large bathroom/shower room, friendly staff, additional small tables in wardrobe
This was fairly basic, but perfect for what I needed
Room was a little small for a twin room (but perfect for me on my own)
Nowhere comfortable to sit except the bed
Stool at desk was stained
