About this bed and breakfast
The Octagon Suite is actually more of a private suite than an apartment in the Country Manor Inn. It is designed for 2 adults but could accommodate one or two small children as well. It is well appointed with plenty of amenities and it overlooks our 52 acre private farm-style estate with rolling hills, grazing horses and private fishing.
This suite has a fully-equipped kitchen for preparing your own breakfast (or dinner), plus a large dining table for 6, a private bathroom, a seating area with sofa and 2 lounge chairs for visiting, reading or watching TV. There is free WiFi service, plus a private deck with picnic table, barbecue grill and a 4-person hot tub on the deck.
We provide all the dishes, pots and pans, sheets and linens, soaps and paper towels, coffee, filters, cream and sugar.
Guests have access to our private picnic area, our private fishing pond with a small boat, our hiking trails and our fire ring for roasting marshmallows in the evening.
If you fall in love with the suite and the setting, remember that we do have private elopement and destination wedding packages.

The owners were friendly and thoughtful. We stayed in the Octagon Suite which was very clean and equipped with all the amenities of a full kitchen, dining and living room area, private bathroom and deck with a surprising hot tub. The views from our suite were spectacular. The fishing pond, horses, walking trails and wedding venue added to the peaceful surroundings. This facility is close to the Cades Cove, local restaurants and a short ride to Gatlinburg. My wife and I will definitely return in the near future and would recommend the Country Manor to all who want a warm, friendly and Smoky Mountain experience.

We had a great stay at the Octagon Suite! There were plenty of towels and the bed was very comfortable. The views were beautiful and peaceful!The living room area could use a little more lighting.

The hot tub was always accessible. The room was spotless when we arrived. Access to the owner was convenient. I feel like Country Manor Inn really spoiled me and I can't wait to come back. Thank you very much!

My husband and I have stayed at this property previously and found that the location excellent for hiking in the park and visiting Dollywood. Location is close to Cades Cove.The room is a good size with an excellent view. Check in is easy with the owner leaving instructions near the office, taped on to the door of the room. The only negative is the cleanliness of the room. Very dusty under things. Needs a deep clean for sure.
