About this cottage rental
The Tree House is located in Old Hooper's Bay, a secluded private development on Great Exuma. This small neighborhood has it's own private beach, a few minutes walk from the cottage, with great snorkeling just off shore.
The Tree House is air-conditioned, has one bedroom with king-bed and sea view, fully-equipped kitchen, bath with walk-in shower, and laundry facilities. The living area leads to a lovely balcony, with a fabulous view of Hooper's Bay and the Atlantic beyond. The Tree House is the upper floor of a two story building (the lower floor is our own personal storage space) and thus has a stunning view of Hooper's Bay. Perfect for one couple!
Tree House guests also have privileges in our botanical garden just below the Tree House property, accessed by a private walkway. The garden features a number of tropical plants and trees. In the center of the garden you will find a deck with chairs, table and bench for your morning coffee or evening sip of wine. The garden paths lead to the lower OHB private road and directly to the OHB private Beach park. A convenient and beautiful walk to the private beach!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Tree House! It’s perfectly situated in a central yet incredibly peaceful location, surrounded by a gorgeous jungle garden. The cottage itself is comfortable, well-stocked, and filled with charming, eclectic decor that makes it feel homey. The views are lovely, and having the spectacular beach and park mostly to ourselves was a huge bonus. To top it off, Pam was a fantastic host—incredibly friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Lovely & cozy place that was very clean & even provided some drinking water which was such a blessing. The bedroom A/C was not working properly for 2 days/nights which wasn’t good, but, our host got it repaired & is ready for the next stay. The snorkeling at the private beach was really nice! We will definitely return in the future!

Another fabulous experience at The Tree House. Pam and Bill are amazing hosts. The property is beautiful neat and clean! Can’t wait to return.
