About this house rental
Located in Seaside, this lovely house for $609 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Any check-in or check-out time that differs from the following is incorrect. Check-in and check-out times for this home are as follows: Check-In 4pm(11/1-3/14), 5pm(3/15-10/31) Check-Out 11am(11/1-3/14), 12pm(3/15-10/31) However, we strive to get you into the home as soon as possible, so if the home is clean and ready before that check-in time, we will let you know and you may be able to get into the home early! Thank You for considering: ALL HANDS ON DECK presented by Seaside Vacation Homes. ALL HANDS ON DECK at Seaside Beach is a spacious home located close to town and to the beach. This home has amenities to meet the needs of adults and children alike. Hardwood floors and a stone fireplace give the main floor living area a classic touch. This roomy family gathering place has a leather couch and love seat with a large ottoman to relax on while watching the fire glowing and talking with friends and loved ones, plus another love seat for added comfort. The large open kitchen and dining area adjoin the living room and the cook in your group will enjoy the stainless steel appliances and the island bar with 3 chairs for chatting while preparing meals. Also notable are the granite tile counter-tops in the kitchen and a large pantry to keep supplies for cooking. The 1st floor also has a queen bedroom with bath and shower and a double sink with tiled counter-tops as well as a TV for private viewing. Another bathroom with shower and the laundry room give the first floor a practical air, as well as the 2-car garage with full size pool table. Carpeted stairs lead to the 2nd floor living area where the kids can play Foosball while the adults lounge on the large side deck and enjoy the ocean view. A futon is available in this room as well as another bathroom with a tub and shower. The 2nd floor also has a queen bedroom with a TV and VCR, and an additional bedroom room with 2 twin beds, and a twin with a twin trundle. The entire 3rd floor is devoted to the Master Suite where a king bed and a wall mounted flat screen TV ensure relaxation along with a gas fireplace. The Master Suite has its own balcony with an ocean view and a large bathroom with over-sized soaking tub and a walk-in shower as well as double sinks, and stone tile floors and counter-tops. This home is set up with beds for ten people and temporary sleeping for two additional children if you choose to add that option, a port-a-crib is available for your use if you so desire. A stone tiled patio with a picnic table is the perfect place to enjoy a barbecue (May - Sept). There is adequate parking for four vehicles. Keep in mind the additional cleaning charge ensures that your house will be spotless upon arrival and that you will not be asked to spend more than 5 min on the check out procedure. Our first time staying in a rental house like this we all had a great experience. Wide range of age newborn, 5, 11, 13, 16, 18, 19 and up. One adult who uses a walker to get around as well, was able to get in and around the main floor and enjoyed their suite w/queen bed. We found out you can get a free wheelchair from the community for going out onto the sand and water. We knew we would be staying when there would be lots of rain. We kept an eye on the weather maps for dry times and wet depending on what we wanted to do. We had lots of activities and things to do for all both inside the property and outside. Everyone has talked about how great a time they had. We also cooked all our meals there on site great kitchen setup, and eating experience. Wonderful views of the ocean and area. We walked the area 90% of the times. We hope others can have as great a time there as we have had.

This was the perfect property for our stay! Very close to the beach and walking distance to the prom. Perfect amount of rooms and living spaces. House was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for our stay.

The essentials for cooking and cleaning up were also well supplied including a BBQ, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, pantry items, spices, garbage bags, washer/drier, dish/laundry soap, etc. It is a pleasant and convenient 2-minute walk (1 block) to the beach, and 5-minute walk (3 blocks) to the arcades, shops and restaurants on Broadway. The check-in and check-out process was flexible and quick, with a person arriving at the pre-determined time to make sure everything went smoothly. Overall, this was an excellent VRBO experience and we would highly recommend Seaside Vacation Homes for your Seaside vacation!

This is a gem!
The location and house was perfect for our needs! We had 12 people (8 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids) and never felt like we were on top of each other or insufficient space to have a meal around the table. We had a member of a family who recently had knee surgery and another who injured their foot. This was perfect for each of them since one of the two master bedrooms was on the main floor and the house was only one block from the Promenade. Thank you so much for being a part of our amazing family reunion! We will be back!
