About this apartment rental
Watch the sun rise over the mountains while enjoying coffee on your private lanai. Or you can leave the blinds open when you go to sleep and watch the sunrise from bed. Take a leisurely stroll down the beach, you may meet one or two of our monk seals relaxing in the sun. Sit beneath our plumeria trees and take in the fragrance of Paradise. A swim in the pool or a seat in the jacuzzi can relax those tired muscles. It’s all good in laid back Maui.
I will do what I can to help you enjoy your visit to our island to the very fullest. I have lots of suggestions. If you would like to know how the fire has affected the area you may call me at 253 753-0729. Please let me know how I can help. I also provide free Wi-Fi and a few streaming services in case you need a day inside.
Having a full kitchen makes cooking meals at home easy and will save the vacation budget, but there are also numerous great restaurants a short drive away.
After a day of fun activities our grounds are a great place to relax and recharge. The beach is literally right at the edge of the property in case you prefer to sit on the sand. Don't forget to pick up a steak or veggie burger for the BBQ grill and bring a fruity drink in a plastic cup.
Watching the sun set into the sea is truly a magical experience and more than a little romantic paired with a barefoot walk down the beach hand in hand.
The studios in the majority of this building are all the same size. They are designed for two people but I offer an option for an air mattress with extra towels and linens at an additional $15 charge (total not per day).
Parking is available on a first come first serve basis. It is $15 per day. We are still looking for replacements for the spaces we lost in the building next door due to the fire.
Credit card operated washers and dryers are available on each floor. There is also a laundromat 10 minutes away if you prefer.
Please also note: I am not able to offer daily maid service. Lahaina Shores is a non-smoking property

Rochelle made sure we had everything in our room and helped us when we didn’t. She is very knowledgeable of Maui for places to go and eat. Communication was excellent. I would highly recommend staying at her property.

We were very happy with our stay. The room was fully stocked, from kitchen to beach chairs everything was thought of! Most important to us it was right on the beach and walking distance to so many of the cool shops in Lahaina. The balcony was a pretty view of the mountain. 10/10 would stay here again!

Rochelle is a great host. Very responsive. We had no issues and a wonderful vacation. The location is nice and right at the beach.

Just getting the opportunity to review this VRBO stay as we are catching up with "real life" after being away for 14 days.
Rochelle's condo at LSBR was exactly as described on VRBO, great location 5 minute walk to downtown Lahaina restaurants, shops etc. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable.
LSBR is close to many many beautiful beaches but also has the added bonus of being a property that is ocean front with gorgeous landscaping and a pool/hot tub. Sunset on the lawn is highly recommended.
We had the mountain view condo that I couldn't get enough of it, early morning at sunrise and later in the evening at and after the sunsets were my favorite times.
Rochelle was a wonderful host. She provided so much great information on Maui with tips on restaurants, beaches, activities. Basically everything you need for a wonderful trip. She kept in touch with us during our stay.
Thanks Rochelle for everything. Really hoping that we can get back to Maui and LSBR before our 50th Anniversary
