Tee Jays is a spacious, air-conditioned, ground floor, two bedroom unit, central to Sawtell, RSL, Golf & Bowling Clubs, local swimming pool, stunning beaches and more. Renovated kitchen with dishwasher for your convenience, spacious living area boasts a full screen TV, DVD player and Surround Sound System as well as an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and updated bedroom furnishings to provide you with all the comforts you desire. Tee Jays comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests: Main Bedroom: Queen bed, ceiling fan and built-in robes Bedroom Two: Double Bed and Single bed, ceiling fans, TV and built-in robe. Sawtell's main patrolled beach is only a short stroll away, you can keep an eye on the kids while they walk to the Surf Club. A Weber BBQ is also provided for your convenience on the tiled patio and a fully fenced grassed yard for the children to play. Parking is off street and undercover. Linen is provided - Please bring along your beach towels. There are no stairs at Tee Jays. Teejays was a fantastic place to stay it was close to everything we needed it was close to places to eat & the beach.
The apartment was we stocked with everything in the kitchen, linen & games etc

The Unit was clean and had everything in it including some fishing tackle. We were there to visit friends staying at Boambee Bay. it was very convenient for the two of us and would make a great stay for a small family. close to Sawtell Hotel (30 metres) and RSL. also First Ave restaurants. Walk to beach. Access to car port is a bit tricky especially for a large vehicle but doable. A box of facial tissues would have been good.

Just like a home, every is there, even the early morning sun and late night noise is thought of, love the shutters, a little dated with vintage pieces but a great place to stay. Close to everything.

We stayed at TeeJays, a most convenient position, a short easy walk to the beach, the shops, pub, RSL, cinema, eateries, church and the bowls club. What more could you want! The unit itself was roomy and comfortable except for the small kitchen. Everything you could possibly need was supplied with the exception of WiFi.

A very very wet week with 400 mm of rain whilst we were there. The unit was neat and tidy and tiny. Because of the wet weather we did not have to use the window rollers to keep the noise down from the pub. The unit was very handy to the main street and eating areas and the beach. My only criticism was the large bed (which was very comfortable) in a small room where we both ended up with bruises from the confined space and the timber bed end. The shower stall needed a clean with mould around the bottom but otherwise it had everything you would need and more.

Great location, 2 mins to Sawtell shops and beach. Unit was better than I expected, all mod cons very clean and tidy. Close to local clubs/pubs.

Clean and tidy rental unit with the comforts needed for a relaxing break away. We had issues with the air conditioning, but McGrath's sorted this out for us efficiently. Great location, as could walk short distance to several restaurants,pubs and clubs.

This is a well presented unit , very well equipped. Parking is a little difficult but can be coped with. Ideal for a couple of family.
