Nestled in New Buffalo, this lovely house for $350 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. New Private Pool Opening May 2023! This home complies with all City of New Buffalo Short Term Rental Rules, permit # CR19-0130. Bright and ready for your perfect vacation! Updated home with new carpet, flooring, kitchen and much more. Lots of light, room and fun. Brand new hot tub!! Minimum age to rent home is 25. Home sleeps 8 and has a year round hot tub, ping pong table, multiple outdoor spaces and a large patio to enjoy those Michigan days and nights. The large wooded lot provides shade and relaxation, pool opening summer of 2023 and yard games for all ages. Located one street over from the Marina and Marina Grand hotel. Includes private beach access and is an easy walk to town, public beach and all the fun New Buffalo has to offer. The private beach is a neighborhood beach and the size varies during different times in the season. you can walk or drive to the public beach h which has life guards, snack bar and kayak rental. Located on desirable lake side of Red Arrow Highway ( US 12). Fully equipped for your stay!

7 of us had a great weekend at this house! 3 kids and 4 grownups enjoyed the close walk to the private beach (thanks for specific directions!), the hot tub, lots of towels, comfy beds, solo stove, easy access patio and Michelle even gave us a great tip for a short (& beautiful!) nature hike at a nearby forest preserve. My kids loved the board games they had, and we were able to find football on tv, phew! We loved the ping pong table in the garage and Michelle was easy to get ahold of. Thanks for a great stay!!

We enjoyed our stay. We were close to everything. We walked to the beach, stores and restaurants. Driving to eat or to the casinos were minutes away. The pool was beautiful and warm. The hot tub was great to have after a long day out. We had a wonderful stay and I would stay there again. The only minor thing was that if you’re looking for somewhere, cozy to stay, the furniture is not that comfortable. Other than that we enjoyed our time.

This was the perfect house for our family! We all needed a peaceful/restful vacation and found that here. We loved the location - most everything (restaurants/shops/marina) was an easy walk. The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook a few meals, plenty of paper products, soap, etc. (Not all rentals we've been to provide these, so thank you!) There was plenty of space for a family of 4. The pool was a fantastic addition and we used it every day, as well as the hot tub. We also appreciated the variety of board games available.
The neighborhood beach was a short walk - beautiful sunsets! We didn't spend much time at the public beach. We did rent a boat from Oselka (at the marina) and spent a fun day on the lake. We enjoyed eating at Casey's, Villa Nova Pizza, Redamaks (cash only) and Rios Mexican Grill. Barney's Market had everything we needed for a few home-cooked meals. We went blueberry picking at Mike's Blueberry Farm, which is close by.
We'll be returning to Michigan - loved it!

The house was so cute and in the perfect location. In walking distance to all the shops and the beaches. Quick 5 minute drive to Four Winds. Everyone loved spending time in the pool. So many family memories were made this weekend!

We love the new pool. It's beautiful. We never wanted to leave the pool. The house is beautiful and clean. Location is close enough to walk to downtown New Buffalo even though we only left twice because we were sooooo relaxed by the pool!

The home was perfect for a getaway weekend! Nice layout of the home, plenty of linens/towels, kitchen fully stocked with nice appliances. We enjoyed the hot tub too! We hope to come back when it’s warmer to enjoy the patio and beach. Property owner was easy to communicate with and ensure we had a nice stay.

Needed to get away from the city for a few days and this was perfect! The hot tub in the winter time is absolutely ICONIC! If you haven't tried it, please do so. Host was very fast to respond even though I booked this property very last minute. Thanks so much for having us!

This place worked great for our girls weekend. It was conveniently located for the downtown area of New Buffalo and not a far drive to the outlets at Michigan City. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, a short drive from the public beach. You can't see the lake from the house, but it is very close. The beach is in walking distance, but with kids and beach supplies, we drove.
There is a private beach within walking distance. It is very small so don't expect to spend your day there. It is perfect for watching the sunset, but if you want beach time, go to the public beach.
The kids loved the ping pong table, fire pit and the hot tub. We hooked up a laptop to the TV so the kids could watch Netflix during our down time.
The property manager was very responsive when we had questions.
It was AWESOME! We would go again.
