This home features a spacious first floor layout including a large open living room and dining room, cozy den, sunroom, eat-in kitchen, and full bath. Off the kitchen you will find a newly-rebuilt deck, a large patio, and a beautiful garden, perfect for coffee in the mornings and grilling in the evenings. The second floor boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths all with tons of natural sunlight. While staying here you can walk to town in 7 minutes, bike to Cisco Brewery in 20 minutes, and access several shuttle bus lines just blocks away!

We spent a week at this lovely Pine St. Home. It has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and fun. It is clean and well furnished. The location is one of the best in town. All the restaurants in town are within walking distance and so are some of the beach front activities. The owners are friendly and extremely accommodating to your needs. Unlike many Nantucket rentals where you are left in care of the managing agent , some of the family members of this home live in town and are happy to help out with any issues that may arise. I would recommend it for families especially with teenage/adult children since they will have their own independence due to the added luxury of being able to walk into town and beaches. It makes the vacation win-win for all! We will certainly be back!
