It is located in Oceanside Village, a family friendly community. * Large Master Bedroom: QUEEN BED with large closet. *2ND Bedroom: bunk bed (full bed on bottom and 1 twin on top). *3RD Bedroom: 2 twin beds. 1 Full bath and 1/2 bath Includes: Large flat screen TV in LR. Also, Flat screen TV in 3 bedrooms. FREE WIFI and CABLE, Clothes washer/dryer, dish washer, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee pot, toaster,toaster oven/broiler, blender, all cooking utensils, dishware, cookware and GAS GRILL. Bath towels and bed linens are supplied. Must bring OWN Beach Towels and Beach Chairs. Home has a huge covered porch overlooking lake with perfect view of sunrise. Watch fireworks on beach, while sitting on porch @ night! Enjoy the wildlife of the lake. Fish from your backyard. Walk to beach, or use beachfront parking with restaurant on beach. Walk to all activities which are indoor/outdoor heated pool, also outdoor pool for adults and children, community center, gym, library, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, bocce ball courts, basketball courts, volley ball and horseshoes. The place was overall a nice place to stay. The only problem I had was there was no hot water. I called the owner and lefts messages on both her home and cell phone. No reply from either. I managed to the breaker panel and the breaker for the hot water heater was off. I turned it back on. If I wasn’t savvy enough to look for the breaker panel, having no hot water for five days would have been a horrible inconvenience.

We stayed for a week and loved this location. you can fish from the back yard. It’s centrally located in the perfect spot to the pool and beach. The morning sunrise over the lake view was absolutely breathtaking. Very clean house. Minor repairs needed in some areas but would 10/10 rent it again. The entire process was smooth. Extremely friendly and easy to work with. Thank you for allowing us a week of “southern comfort” .

We’ve been coming to Oceanside Village for a few years now and this was by far the best stay we have had. The house was perfect! The view of the lake from the back deck was beautiful. We loved seeing all the birds and turtles. The house is close enough to easily walk to the beach or pool, or a very short golf cart ride. Betsy was wonderful to deal with! She quickly responded to messages, and answered all our questions. We cooked in a lot, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Overall it was the perfect place for a nice relaxing vacation and we hope to make this our go to place for our yearly trip to the beach

The name was fitting to this charming home. Elizabeth was very responsive to any questions that I had and was very accommodating when I needed to change our vacation plans. The home was clean and very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching th geese, ducks, and turtles. Very close to beach. We enjoyed our home away from home.

Check in was easy! Owner was always available if needed, which we didn’t really need anything, but she introduced herself and was very nice! Home was wonderful. Quick trip to the beach. Easy access to pools and my kids loved seeing all the turtles and geese by the lake that we could sit out on the porch and watch. Loved it here

The weather was miserable all three days of our stay. But, we enjoyed the house. Would love to come back another time when the weather is nice. The grandkids loved the local duck, geese and turtle population.

I had a wonderful week here. The location was perfect. Close to the beach and the pools. Could easily walk to both. Very cozy and comfortable home. Elizabeth was so friendly and easy to communicate with. Great place to stay.

Elizabeth was very pleasant and easy to work with. The house is in need of some repairs and a new mattress in the master bedroom, but overall served it's purpose for what we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay and all there was to offer. We have stayed in OSV before, but this house was the best domfar!! The house was very clean and well maintained, check in/out was very simple, and the property owner was only a phonecall away if we needed anything. The view from the back porch was breath taking, no matter the time day. Our kids especially loved it and did not want to leave our vacation home this year! You will not regret renting this property!!

This was by far the best vacation ever! The house is in a gated community. Everyone was super kind and Elizabeth was close if we needed her! The house was super clean and sat by water. The ducks and turtles were super fun to feed. Make sure you bring plenty of frozen corn or peas, they are hungry creatures! The beaches were beautiful and very clean. If we ever head that way again we will definitely stay again!

We so enjoyed this home and the location. The kids enjoyed the fishing and feeding the geese. The back porch was where we seemed to hang out the most. There were 7 of us and we would all take fairly decent length showers and never ran out of hot water. It is a perfect distance to the beach and Conch Cafe and other activities. We did a 2 hr dolphin jet ski tour and we did a scenic helicopter ride. The location is close to many activities. Being able to have destinated parking at the beach was a big plus. It only took a few minutes to get to the grocery store. We would definitely comeback.

Great location. 5 min walk to the beach. Pool is nice. Wish they had more cooking utensils as there was nothing to cook hamburgers on the grill with. Only thing I was was different was having to wash dry and fold your sheets and towels before you left. Very inconvenient if you have to leave early morning. Overall good experience.

We stayed for Memorial Day weekend and really enjoyed the property. I liked the split bedroom floor plan and spacious living areas. Note that the sheets will not be on the beds so you know they are fresh, which is great and all, but just don’t wait till you’re exhausted and ready for bed to figure this out and have to make 4 beds. There is also some damage to the floor in the hall where it sinks when you step on it... hopefully the owner knows this and plans to fix it soon. Communication with the owner was great. The neighborhood is gated and very cute. Beach is a short drive or 10 minute walk. So many geese and turtles in the lake behind the house! Wonderful back porch and view of the lake.

My best friend and I have been doing a weekend get-away every summer for years. We always go to the same place but our reservation was cancelled this year due to COVID. I searched for hours and stumbled on Elizabeth’s place and so grateful I did! I am quite picky about cleanliness and 250 passed my scrutiny with flying colors! Such a comfortable and cozy place with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We loved having Morning coffee on the porch overlooking the lake. The geese, ducks, swans and hundreds of turtles were so fun to feed. Bring bread! We rented a golf cart to cruise around the friendly neighborhood, to the nearby dollar general, the beach access just around the corner, and the pool with such a great water playground for kids (and adults) The beach was very nice and clean with umbrella covered chairs for rent. We saw plenty of dolphins swimming back and forth in the morning. We enjoyed lunch and frozen beverages at the beachfront Conch Cafe. So convenient and friendly. Yummy fish tacos! Highly recommend The Claw House Restaurant with 90 craft beer rotating menu to choose from and the food and service were phenomenal! Elizabeth was very accommodating and responsive, and check in/out was so easy.Thanks to you and your friend who does a great job cleaning and maintaining. She’s also a wealth of helpful information. We will definitely be back. Try it! You’ll love it!
