This water view condo has been meticulously furnished with a modern coastal feel, with a front row seat to your own gorgeous views of the beach and the water beyond, with no end in sight. You'll be able to enjoy quiet afternoons with those balmy Key West breezes wafting through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors from the living room, and sunrise shadows from your bedroom balconies in the morning while relaxing on one of your comfy chaise lounges. This home is located in an upscale private community within walking or biking distance to all of your favorite Key West spots, including beaches, restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful waters surrounding the island. The living room sofa pulls out to an additional bed for extra guests. The kitchen has everything a good chef would need to prepare any meal. There's a dining table for six when you decide to heat leftovers and stay in. Your dining set on the balcony is the ultimate sunset dinner locale. THE POOL, THE BEACH & TENNIS... 1800 Atlantic offers Resort-style amenities, including an extra large Community Pool right downstairs. There are chaise lounges surrounding the pool for your comfort, and a cabana with restrooms for your convenience. Please note this is a shared pool with set rules, such as no music and no coolers. We ask that our guests be mindful of their neighbors and respect the rules. From the pool, there's a walking path that leads to the on-site beach. The on-site beach offers a relaxing setting, with chaise lounges and soft sand. There is no direct water access from this beach, but Smathers Beach, Key West's largest public beach, is located within walking distance right next door. There is also an oversized Jacuzzi and a picnic area with BBQs available for guest use. You'll also have access to the newly built fitness center and Key West's only clay tennis courts, both located on-site. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.

Excellent location to get to anywhere by car, usually within 7 min . Parking in town is easy to find free places or pay to park which is relatively cheap. Free bus will take you all around old town. Fantastic facility which includes a pool, gym, and library. Nice nature trail next door. Right by a piece of the waterfront

This condo was as beautiful in person as the pictures online! The view from the balcony is stunning! The best part of renting this unit is that you are taken care of by Last Key Realty. I have never had a representative meet me at a VRBO upon arrival like Last Key Realty did! They took care of us from start to finish! Christian was awesome to work with! He met us outside the condo and showed us how to enter, how to use door key pad and answer ed all our questions. He even had a Key Lime Pie waiting for us in the refrigerator! This kitchen was the best stocked VRBO kitchen I have ever seen! My only issue was with the bed in the master bdrm; it was like quicksand! Lol! The mattress was not firm at all, you sink when you lay down, and it squeaked w every movement. It’s probably time for the condo owner to replace it. (No fault of Last Key Realty) I did not let that spoil our vacation. I honestly would choose this place again! I highly recommend Shang-Ri-La in Key West! It will not disappoint!! Thank you, Christian and Last Key Reality for making this a memorable vacation for our family! We had a blast!

The property is awesome! It gave us the relaxing and vacation feeling the moment we stepped in the door. The ocean view was amazing. And the amenities in the resort is top on the notch - they even have a clay court on site for tennis. The swimming pool has a very good ocean view and the environment is clean and nice.
As we arrived late than expected, we used the self check in process - which is not complicated at all. Christian made clear instruction for us so everything went very smooth! The host welcomed us with a key lime pie sitting in the fridge :-) Thank you for doing that!
The condo has everything you will need for the stay. The whole experience was unforgettable. Our whole family enjoyed the experience very much!

We come to the keys about three times a year. This condo was the most equipped for my family. The noise and the other people in the condo were very polite and the noise level was low. The condo was very spacious the rooms and beds were very comfortable. Great stay we will definitely rebook here with our family again. Thanks for a great place!

This was a wonderful condo to stay in during our girls week in Key West. The condo was clean and comfortable with a fantastic view. The heated pool was large with a great view of the beach. It was nice to be able to take walks on Smathers beach and walk to downtown from the condo. We rented bikes through the concierge which was convenient and easy to use. We also went kayaking and had so many fabulous meals on the island. This truly was the most relaxing vacation I have had in years. Tracie made a truly turnkey experience for us.

Really enjoyed the condo and everything they had there for us. The pool area was very nice and we were glad to use it at least for one day before the hurricane. Just know that this is a residential condo and not a resort. We fully respected the rules but there were a lot of them. We are looking forward to booking again in the future.

Our stay couldn’t have been better. Greg met us at the property so check in was a breeze. Thanks to the concierge service our kitchen was stocked with everything we requested. The condo was just as pictured and the pool area was better than expected. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property. The only negative was that we could never get the wifi to work.

Beautiful condo that was clean and had a nice view from the patio. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Loved the pool area and it was an easy walk to the public beach. We brought our own volleyball since there are nets at the beach. About a 10 min walk to the pier and a 30 min walk to Duval st.

Perfect getaway. Great large pool with dedicated lap swimming. Everything was great (5 stars) with the place except the mattress in the master needs to be updated (it was not very comfortable).

Condo was well appointed with large kitchen & bedrooms. Nice deck with table & chairs plus 2 large chaise lounges looking right at the water. Very peaceful. Took Uber everywhere on $10-15!
Last Key Realty (Monique) was AMAZING! Made sure our stay for our wedding anniversary was very special! So much to do here so we WILL COME BACK!

Last Key Realty manages this property and they are great! Our plane landed at 10 am, but checkout wasn’t until 4 pm. They have an office on Duval to lock up your luggage! That was a huge help to us. My dad and I were on mopeds, so we weren’t sure how we were going to get our luggage to the condo, but Monique drove our luggage there & brought it up to the room! She was awesome.
