About this condo rental

Located in Key West, this charming condo for $447 per night is a great option for your next break. This Luxury unit is 1375 sq ft of breath taking beachfront living space in this tropical complex. Great views from the 40 foot deck which encompasses the whole unit. Every room has a spectacular view of the tropical Nature Preserve and the Atlantic Ocean. The complex is oceanfront with an Olympic heated pool and gigantic hot tub right on the Ocean. Other amenities include three lighted tennis courts, one clay, two paddleball court, and a his and hers sauna and a gym. Our unit has a 55 inch ultra flat screen HD tv in the living room and both bedrooms. Cable and wireless internet in every room. Underground free private parking space. The linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. We also provide beach chairs. There are two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite has a king bed with hardwood floors and a gigantic bathroom newly renovated in 2014 travertine bathroom with dual sinks, air jet tub and walk in shower. The guest bathroom has been totally renovated in Oct 2014 with walk in shower and tavertine tiles. The guest room has a queen bed and twin bed. The living room has a beautiful leather pull out couch. The granite kitchen is a great size for the vacationing gourmets. It is fully-equipped with all appliance including 2 blenders, toaster, and both kuerig and regular coffee maker. Every detail has been carefully thought out to ensure your stay is comfortable. The unit also comes with three bikes for your use and underground parking for you vehicle. The non-smoking unit is approximately 50 feet from the ocean. A short walk will take you from our private beach front to the famous public Smather's Beach. We are only ten minutes from Duval Street. Check in time is 4PM. Check out is 10AM. Special arrangements can be made if it is possible. You must be 25 or older to rent this unit. Not available to spring break students. Please indicate the number of adults and children in your inquiry, and give the ages of the children. This unit can accommodate 6 people. Hurricane Refund Policy: Full refund given when Mandatory Evacuation ordered by city if unable to travel to Key West. Unused days refunded if here when Evacuation Ordered.

My husband and I live in Indiana, my sister and her husband live in California so we met up in Ley West for NYE 2024! It was a great stay, we loved having the bikes to get around but not being right in the heart of all the action all the time. The beach was walkable but our favorite spot was by the private pool at the condo. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the unit was large. We were very comfortable!

We stayed at this property for a week in August. The property exceeded expectations! It was super clean, the kitchen is fully stocked to prepare any meal with plenty of glasses and plates. Lots of extras everywhere from beach chairs to bikes to cotton balls! The pool is wonderful and the beach is a short 5 minute walk. We didn't need anything from Kathy, but I knew she was available if anything came up.

Kathy was in contact with me the whole time. Check in was smooth and easy and the condo was beautiful! I would recommend this place to everyone. The pool is big and the people were friendly. Only regret, we didn't book it long enough. Thank you for a great stay!

We had such a wonderful time in Key WEst! This was our first experience on the Island. It was fabulous!! Great pool, wonderful location and perfect size condo for our weeklong visit! The bikes were great along with the snorkel equipment. Highly recommend staying at this property!!

We loved everything about this place. Unit was all up to date and well equipped - anything we needed was there! Beds are comfy, linens good quality,lanai perfect for breakfast and drinks in the evening. Owner very easy to communicate with. Location is right along the water - pool area is amazing. You’re far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of Key West so that you can relax and everything is less than a 10 minute Uber away!

Very nice place - felt like home away from home. Had everything we needed. Property owner was great! Very available if needed, but hands off if not. Didn’t need to engage her at all but I could tell she would have been very helpful if needed.

The renter and rental was excellent although no restaurants nearby but door dash works great ubers always available airport very close pool was excellent beach was not swimable or kept up thank you

We had everything we needed for a family vacation for an active family- tennis equipment, extra beach towels, coolers and more! The pool was great. The appliances in the kitchen were new, and the beds were very comfortable. We have no complaints at all!
