This two bedroom condo is close to the airport, beaches, restaurants and minutes away from Duval. Warm and welcoming condominium in a quiet gated waterfront community. The open floor plan overlooks the lush gardens with sliding glass doors leading to the expansive patio surrounded by lush tropical landscape with a hint of ocean view in the distance. ***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE FURNISHINGS... This nautical 3rd floor unit has all the quaint decor suited for a life at sea. Perfect for a family getaway in this cozy condo with updated furnishings. The dining room table can seat six and the the comfortable living room furniture is great for watching a movie or playing a board game. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS... The primary bedroom offers a king bed with writing desk and en suite bath and guest room offers another king size bed. Family room has a queen sized pull out couch. Perfect setting for families, or couples traveling with friends. DETAILS AND AMENITIES... Two spacious bedrooms and two full baths including a sunken tub and dressing vanity offer plenty of room for everyone. There is a comfortable, queen-sized sleeper sofa for extra guests, a well equipped eat-in kitchen with seating for 4, bright and airy dining room and outdoor dining under the stars. POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING... Balmy ocean breezes and sounds of the sea surround you at this great oceanfront condo. Community amenities include a private beach, grill, large ocean-front heated swimming pool and tennis court. Walk just 2 minutes out the property's side gate to Smathers Beach, the largest beach on Key West! PARKING... Off street parking available in open lots in front of the building. CONCIERGE SERVICES... Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. From its’ updated, modern design, excellent kitchen amenities, comfy beds, spacious rooms and large bathrooms, this apartment was a dream! It also has a smart TV, plush blankets, ample pillows and all of the towels you would ever want. We also enjoyed the lush courtyard, large clean pool and loved laying in the lounge chairs overlooking the water and a small beach. Outside of the location and the space itself, check-in was super easy (even at midnight!), the instructions were very clear and communicating with the property manager was easy and quick. We cannot wait to come back. Thanks again for the amazing stay!

The condo was amazingly clean and nicely decorated. The beach area is very rocky, yet it is an easy walk on the streetside sidewalk to Smathers Beach. We went parasailing and scuba diving and loved every minute of it. Parking near the event areas can be difficult and expensive so Uber is a great option. We would definitely stay here again.

The property description was accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, etc. and property was clean. Called Uber to go to Duval Street because we did not want to drive our car, location was not far from Duval. Disappointed I did not receive a response from the property manager when I sent her couple texts with questions.

The property had everything we needed. It was perfect for 2 couples. The balcony was spacious and was a very nice place to unwind in the evening hours. It’s a short walk to Smathers Beach from the condos. Although the private beach was was away by the hurricane a couple weeks before our arrival.

It was just as advertised, Whitney was great with communication. It was spacious for our whole family! The only annoying part was all the locking of the doors lol making sure you have a key to get in everywhere and our door lock was funny. Would recommend this place!! The shower is amazing as well
