THIS SPACIOUS CONDO IS RENOVATED COMPLETELY... -Renovations include: All new beautiful granite kitchen, fully updated bathrooms, furniture, bedding, central air, bathrooms, drywall, paint, recessed lights---the works! -Special touches: The kitchen has all brand new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, flatware, coffee maker, pots, pans, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and anything else you may need! Washer and dryer are in the unit! There are two entrances, tons of space for everyone! The cable and DVDs for your free use are great after a long day at the beach! -Parking: We provide two parking spots at no charge to you in lot across the street. There is also additional free street parking. We want you to have a wonderful vacation! -Rental Policy: Check in is Saturday at 2 PM and check out is Saturday 10 AM. Condo is so nice and clean and is in the best location. One block walk to boardwalk and beach.
Kitchen is stocked with all the essential - dishes glasses pots and pans as well as cleaning supplies. Bathrooms and bedrooms are very nice. Living room is a great place to hang out and watch cable tv with plenty of channels. Front porch perfect for watching the sun come up or winding down after a long day at the beach.
Our vacation was wonderful in large part due to our stay in such a nice place. No need to drive at all if you're only there for the beach and boardwalk!

My Husband and I enjoyed our stay at the property with our dog. Every thing is within walking distance or a short bike ride that you could possibly need. The owners were very organized with all their communications.

This is our second time staying in the building. We found this condo to be in better shape compared to the other one. We liked the first floor unit. Kate is extremely responsive. The house was clean. Convenient location to everything (which is what counts for us with kids) and the fact that we could bring our pup was a blessing!! We will definitely stay again.
My only criticism would be new shower heads (they were very weak which made the shower process long) and the sectional has seen better days. Otherwise, a GREAT stay!!

This location was great - steps from beach and boardwalk. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Loved the front porch seating area . Convenient parking. The best beach vacation we’ve had in a long time!

Awesome location. Just had to cross the street to get to beach and boardwalk. We had my husband and I, my kids and their spouses and their 9 month old and 16 month old sons. We all loved sitting on the porch at night. Would definitely recommend it!

Home away from home
My family took advantage of these Unusual times and booked an extended stay here and it really started to feel like a second home. Stocked kitchen for working in, amazing location, nice deck space. We will certainly miss it but have a lifetime of memories.

Great place to celebrate a birthday with family
My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in April and loved every minute of it. The place is super-clean and very comfortable. I gave the location 5 stars only because they didn't have more stars available. It is perfect, right across from the boardwalk and beach, plus downtown with all it's restaurants and shopping just a couple blocks away. Celebrated my birthday here and we couldn't have selected a better place. Previous to arriving, the owner was in contact with all the information I could possibly have needed, which included a video to go over the TV, cable, and dvd operation. Check-in may have been the simplest I've experienced. I would definitely stay here again.

Kates beach house is beautiful it is the perfect location. I really enjoyed it and I appreciate so much that she allowed me to bring my dog. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and dishes. The cabinets refrigerator etc. were clean. The only problem I had was the door lock and they fixed it immediately. I only wish I had more sun but that was not her fault! I would certainly consider going again

Location, location, location
Perfect location one block to the beach and boardwalk. Never have to look for a parking spot as the owner provides you with parking passes across the street in Flanders Hotel parking lot. Nice porch to relax on when not at the beach and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials that you'll need. Great rental for the price.

Fantastic Beach Home
We have stayed in Ocean City hotels for previous vacations. This was our first time staying at a condo. This home is immaculate and is equipped with everything you will need for a great and comfortable vacation. The location could not be better. We took our grandson to Castaway Cove every night for the rides and arcade. The Cove is a very short walk from the home. We were at the beach every day and the beach badges saved us a lot of money. Needless to say, we will be returning next year and we will be staying at the Hallinan's.
