This is a very well renovated unit, with updated floors, kitchen, lights, furniture, etc - very cute. Note that it’s an older building, which is evidenced by the “bones” - ie thinner walls, more noise from floors, etc - but it’s wonderful. Host was communicative and place was sufficiently equipped. Across street from Walgreens is convenient too. AC works well and is super quiet. Nice rooftop patio too!

Went to check in to the property and a car was in the driveway so we parked 4 blocks away and used the code to check in. Once checked in we noticed other luggage Short story- we tried to contact the owner via phone, text and email several times as did VRBO no success. The other people showed up who rented directly with owner (BTW it is now long after check in time). They were upset thought they rented place- we had VRBO confirmation. They eventually contacted owner and owner did not know place was rented on VRBO (I did wave to her on FaceTime) Owner then rented them a hotel room. The owner thought friends were renting the unit so the dishwasher was full of wet dishes (maybe clean) and there was a load of bath rugs in the laundry machine but no soap to wash. Also a half full fridge with a can of open dog food. We asked for our cleaning fee back and the owner gave us less than 5% back and she cleaned the property before our arrival. Needless to say be careful before renting this place because it could be double booked once on VRBO and then directly with friends!

This place has it all and is very close to the beach and boardwalk yet far enough away that its not noisy. House is as described. Having linens and towels included was a major plus. Owner was very easy to communicate with and allowed a later check out which was very appreciated! Brought a group of teenage girls and it was great they could all sleep together in one of the bedrooms that slept 5! Would stay here again.

I came down with my mom and my son who just graduated from college. I wanted to give him the chance to just chill for a few days. What a perfect place to stay. We enjoyed the bikes so much!! We loved our walks on Asbury through town. The house is just lovely and the host is very helpful. Do not hesitate to book.

My friends and I came here for a weekend in October for a girls trip. The location was great! Near the fall block party, a few blocks from the beach and board walk. We were able to rent bikes a few blocks away. The place was very clean and owner was nice. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time here! Absolutely perfect location and great beach supplies for guest use in the garage, easy walk to the beach and boards, and the roof deck was a nice plus. Lots of games for grown ups and some toys for the kids in the house too. Owner is super responsive as well. Thank you!

We spent two nights with my son, daughter-in-law and our three grandchildren. The property was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The home was very welcoming and the decor was beautiful. You really felt like you were a guest in someone’s home. The owner was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We hope to be able to stay again next summer.

We had a fantastic stay here for a long weekend! The house was beautiful and came stocked with everything including linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. About 4.5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Our only complaint was the lock on the door was a little difficult to figure out. But can’t complain other than that- it was a great trip!

We had a great stay here! We loved the location, very easy walk to beach and boardwalk. The unit has everything needed and more for our family to enjoy! We stayed at this property for 3 days, 8 people in total. The condo was a perfect size with plenty of space to hang out and move around. There were plenty of beach tags, towels, beach toys and chairs. The beach wagon made the walk to the beach very convenient. We tried a few spots nearby (Johnny B good ice-cream, danish/pastry place, El Guacamole), all really good. Kids puzzles and toys were a plus. The bunk beds are a really good size too. Danielle, the owner, reached out before the trip and when a couple of things needed attention she was easy to reach and accommodating. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and yet not too far from the boardwalk, Walgreens and restaurants.

Clean and comfortable condo with terrific, private roof deck. Excellent location to enjoy Fourth of July fireworks. Nice outside porch overlooking main avenues (in addition to roof deck); convenient to restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, markets; excellent, large cart for bringing all you need to the beach; very responsive owner. Highly recommend property.

our family of six - mom, dad, five-year-old, two-year-old, grandmom, and grandad - stayed here for four nights and had a great time. unlike other places we’ve stayed in, the photos and description here are very accurate. danielle is a great host and the house comes with all of the stuff you need for adventure - bikes, boards, toys, etc. there is even a killer beach cart that made hauling our stuff super easy. we highly recommend staying here, and hope to make our way back soon.

We loved the location and the convenience to the beach, shops, and boardwalk. Rooftop balcony was great! Check in time is a bit late and wasn't as clean as i expected after having 5 hours to clean. Door to property definitely needs to be fixed. But, overall nice place.

We really enjoyed staying in Danielle's house. The house comes fully stocked with linens, soaps, trash bags etc. The sofa and beds were very comfortable. The fireplace was a nice bonus. This ended up being the perfect choice for our winter weekend away in OC. Thanks, Danielle!
