Situated in Garden Grove, this attractive house for $544 per night is a great option for your next trip. Stunning and highly upgraded pool home perfect for three families. Five-bedroom home with three bathrooms. Three upgraded California King masters and two children's rooms with full over full bunk beds. Two masters share an upgraded jack n jill bathroom with granite countertops, travertine floor tile, and a custom-designed shower. The third master has a Jack n' Jill bathroom shared with the common area. The two children's room shares the hallway bathroom. Spacious upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, and refrigerator. The full-size washer and dryer are located off the kitchen for guests' use. The open-concept main living room and dining area have plenty of seating for your family. The dining table comfortably seats 10, with additional dining at the kitchen bar. Two beautiful French doors lead you to the in-ground pool, jacuzzi, and deck area. There is an outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, a patio set, and additional chairs for soaking in the sun. The game room is in the garage, with a full-size billiards table and Ping Pong. There are also strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats for infants and toddlers. The home has central air and heat. All bedrooms have 47' LCD TV with cable TV. The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. Nice short walk to Disneyland. Watch Disney fireworks from the back/front yards. This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82, and jacuzzi to 102 *All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance. All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. Homes are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras. All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival: Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. The house was all it promised. The 16 page rental agreement that needs to be signed upfront sounded really stressful, but in the end all was ok.

The house was great for our family and management responsiveness to our questions was great.
We did pay extra to have the temperature in the pool raised but the kids were delighted. I had trouble understanding how to control the heat in the spa and missed the first couple of days soaking. Perhaps that could be clarified in the instructions?

We were a party of 4 adults and 5 kids from 10-15. The house layout was perfect for our group. Took a few times to figure out the alarm on the door to the pool (sorry to the neighbors). The home itself needs a little attention (knobs falling off drawers and cabinets, fixtures showing age). Kitchen is well appointed for making meals. Had an issue with the stove that was taken care of next day. The home is not walking distance to Disneyland, perhaps to the outer edge of far parking lot. It was approximately $9 -12 for Uber. Fairly quiet neighborhood. Grocery and food deliveries were easy. The kids enjoyed the pool, spa and game room. The tv's are not smart tv, which made limited choices. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time at this house in Anaheim. Close to Disneyland and well equipped. Bedrooms were comfortable and house was clean. Appreciate the attention to detail in the check-in process and safety precautions with accessing the pool (especially since we traveled with a young child). Would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful time in your home. The rooms were comfortable; the kitchen was perfect for the 10 of us to gather, eat and enjoy; and the swimming pool and hot tub were welcoming after a long day walking the Park.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the water activities and proximity to Disneyland. The house was clean and the kitchen well equipped. The furnishings are bare bones and need updating.
I felt the excessive hoops to jump through with the contract and all the rules were unnecessary. I’ve rented from individuals in the past instead of a management company, and I would be inclined to look for those properties in the future.

Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable house. Easy ride share ride to Disneyland. Catching rideshare to get home was a little slow. But worked fine.

If you are looking for a place close to Disney, this is your spot. Only a short 5 min drive to the park. Property was very clean, pool was great and the communication was top notch. Had a slight issue with the dryer but they were quick to react and send some one to fix immediately.
Overall a great place with plenty of space.

What a great place to stay! Our family stayed here on our vacation to Disneyland and had a great time. The house was the perfect size for my husband, myself, daughter, son-in-law & granddaughter and son & daughter-in-law. It was close to Disneyland and shopping for groceries. We had plenty of room with enough bedrooms/bathrooms so no one had to share. The living was great with plenty of space for everyone to sit and watch a movie together and our granddaughter loved walking along the sofa, the large dining table was just begging for one of our family game night but we just didn’t have the time. We also didn’t get the chance to use the pool but maybe on our next visit. When we decide to make a return trip we will definitely stay here again.

Set up really well for a large family group! Kitchen was very well appointed with everything you would need for meal prep and all appliances worked well.
Pool was nice and the hot tub worked, but had to get help from maintenance to turn it on remote. Rules are a little excessive as far as noise and times you can be outside, but that is the city not the properties fault. Easy access to everything. Good value!

We had such a wonderful time with this home. Our family that stayed for 3 nights consisted of 3 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 toddlers so at first the child alram by the pool seemed a bit overkill, however, once my 2 year old decided he wanted to go out to the pool without anyone around the alarm sounded and we at that moment became grateful as it notified us and scared him from doing it again. The master bedrooms were great having all that space and the 2 bunkbed rooms were full size and that was nice for the kids. There are a fair amount of rules but after renting from owners directly as well as management companies everything asked of us was very normal and easy to do. The living room couch was so big and comfortable and seating at the dining table which is in the dining room for 10/12 was nice as we BBQ’d and swam first night and that was great to all eat together. Pool was perfect temp and heating hot tun up was as easy as pressing 1 button, literally, you press one button and in 20-30 min you have an amazing place to soak (especially after walking to and from to Disneyland) so that was great. The distance to the parks are more like a mile away but the walk is really easy so other than the last night when we were all exhausted there really wasn’t much complaining on the walk but definitely understand its long with kids if you didn’t have a stroller or if you are not a walker.

We were in Anahiem for our kids dance competition, we had 9 people with plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub is awesome and very well maintained. Management team was absolutely outstanding during the whole process, cannot thank them enough. Has very easy access to Disneyland. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

The hot tub never seemed to work for us but all we needed to do was text the property person and they turned it on every time. The whole no boise thing is super dumb as all the neighbors dogs barked non stop. House was perfect communication was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay! Clean home with lots of room and everything we needed to be comfortable. The home is close to the Disneyland properties but the walk to/from the entrance of the parks is longer than it appears. This didn’t present any problems when getting to the park but was a little bit harder at the end of the day when kids were already tired. We would absolutely stay here again.

the property was perfect for our family of 7 (2 couples, 3 adults) to do a SoCal Disney vacation as it was centrally located to amenities.
the rooms were large enough and with enough privacy and space to be comfortable. the kitchen is centrally located, which is great but also can be a challenge for those who like to sleep in due to the noise.
the games in the garage were fun (pin pong/fooseball/ pool), cool space to hang out. the family room (back room) was a great place to recollect and share our memories. (the couch is so comfortable).
we would highly recommend this property, the house is a little older, but in a quiet well kept neighborhood. the house has some minor blemishes (as with all houses that have been loved), the memories and laughter created are what will keep us coming back. thank you Ladonna, Carolyn for being such wonderful host and available to us, we enjoyed your VRBO Anaheim property. This home was a great place for my family and I to stay!
Check in was so fast and easy! Communication was great, we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The pool was heated perfectly, and was fun to swim in! The house was nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. House is in a nice neighborhood, and close to Disneyland! Check out was smooth as well. We enjoyed our time and hope to be able to stay here again.

House was not clean upon arrival. Had to go out and buy a broom and some cleaning utensils. Beds not comfortable. Shower missing fixture for light wires exposed. Towels are old. Couch not clean. Outside pool area was nice but could use a gardener. Bricks falling down in front driveway. Overall, nice and close to Disneyland, nice house for families, but needs some work.
