Renovated Portland Single Story Home- Wine Country, Amaterra, Nike, Zoo, Intel
About this house rental
Located in Beaverton, this charming house for $475 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Come stay at our beautifully renovated single story Portland home featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, extra bonus office/tv room, laundry room and spacious fully fenced backyard. This house is perfect for a quick trip to Portland or a long term rental. Close to downtown, Amaterra, Nike, Intel, the Oregon Zoo, Forest Park, Portland Children’s Museum, Washington Park, and more! Drive 20 minutes to Oregon Wine Country, an hour to the Coast, or an hour to Mt Hood. Our ranch style home with tasteful décor can accommodate up to 8 guests. We have all brand-new furniture and high-end mattresses, fully stocked kitchen and brand new gorgeous bathrooms, high end appliances, new washer and dryer etc. This home has everything that makes you feel at home. Perfect for couples, business travelers, family with kids, and groups. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, so no large/loud parties are permitted. The home has three bedrooms. 1. Master bedroom with a king bed. 2. Second bedroom with a queen bed. 3. Third bedroom with a twin bed and a crib. There is an additional front fully enclosed sitting room with a glass panel door. It does not have a closet, but there is a dresser and a tv. There is a non-sleeper sofa in that room and we do provide a Queen air mattress and linens for the air mattress. Many of our guests use it as an additional 4th bedroom with the Queen air mattress. The garage is not available to guests and will be locked. Please feel free to park two cars in the driveway. There is also parking on the opposite side of the street right in front of the home. The home is not fully ADA compliant but is very comfortable for guests with disabilities. To enter the home, you will have to step up a couple of inches over the threshold, but once inside the home is a single level. The master bathroom has a roll in shower, extra wide doorway into the bathroom, and grab bars in the shower. We hope you enjoy your stay at this beautiful home away from home!

Great location, close to everything but also far enough away from busy areas.
Cannot recommend enough, especially if traveling with children and/or toddlers.

This property was wonderful and we would choose to stay here again. It was a great location and the house had everything we needed to make us comfortable during our weekend.

We had a few days in Portland before heading to Bend for a week long vacation. This house was perfect - very clean, had every amenity needed and I have to say some of the most comfortable beds! Neighborhood was quiet and the house felt very private.
The hosts were easy to get in touch with and work with.
We would stay here again.

Clean and spacious
We really appreciated the cleaning products, trash bags, shampoo, etc. that was available at the property. The small stuff counts.
We comfortably slept seven people, with two teens on couches and a young child on an air mattress.
Very nice and convenient to the neighboring residential area.

My family stayed at West Haven-Sylvan during a soccer tournament weekend, and the home didn’t disappoint. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and felt safe, and the house was exactly as advertised. It was clean and comfortable, nicely furnished and updated, and had lots of space for the family to spend time together and to spread out and have alone time. Grocery stores, pharmacy, and restaurants are nearby. If we ever need a place in the Portland area, we’ll look for this house first.

Great Soccer Weekend

The perfect property for a Family
We absolutely loved our stay. The house was so perfect for a family. My kids loved the toys and kid friendly amenities and us adults loved the space and outside patio. We can’t wait to return and stay here again.

Very very very Clean house! Owners have recently remodeled with all the new , top of the line hardware, flooring, appliances, paint colors and decorating. They answered texts quickly and were kind and responsive. The yard is enclosed and the street is quiet. 5 minutes from Hwy 26 and 217....easy!!!!!

We so enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated both the cleanliness and the comfort of the home. The homeowners were responsive and so many details were cared from soft towels and beautiful artwork.
