We enjoyed our stay greatly! The property was very convenient for our purposes. Close to our family who we were visiting and very close to the Proctor neighborhood with all its offerings. The unit was spotless and well appointed and the owners very accommodating! Definitely going to return!

I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay here! The owners were friendly and personable. Their communication prompt and detailed. The unit was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to lots of shops and to a great little trail (park) to walk to the water. Thank you for being a part of my first visit to Tacoma to visit family!

Jim and Beth have created a special place. Their hospitality and attention to detail really make their home extra special. The location is wonderful for walking to local shops and restaurants. I wouldn’t change a thing and I’ll be sure to come back!

We came to visit Tacoma from a very small town in Eastern Washington. We really appreciated the peaceful, quiet place to stay at the end of busy days during our visit. The owners left such great information on the rental and the surrounding neighborhood.

This unit is very well arranged and tastefully put together with everything needed to make your stay comfortable, including many thoughtful touches. The furnishings are excellent and up to date. The unit is immaculate. It is very pleasant, efficiently set up, and in a great location. The hosts are friendly, helpful, thoughtful, and welcoming. We had a great stay and would stay again!

this property is in a great location within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. Also very close to the Point Ruston waterfront area. Beth’s place is spotless and cozy and she is a very responsive host! Definitely a great place to stay!!

Host is friendly and accommodating and the off-street parking is a great benefit. The location is a short jaunt from downtown whole being in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The space is clean, well laid out, and neatly remodeled. I am 6'5" and while I did have to duck under some areas, I found the ceiling height and overall space as comfortable as a remodeled basement can get. Would definitely stay again any time I need a bed in Tacoma!

This is a gem right in the heart of the Proctor neighborhood - a 2 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. And the space is roomy and comfortable. Beth is a great host - we are repeat customers and will continue to be!

This is an excellent space for a couple or even couple with a couple young kids. You are an incredibly short walk to all that Proctor has to offer including restaurants, shops, and 2 ice cream shops! The apartment is all on the ground floor and easily accessible with one parking spot on the property. It was very clean and all ready for my parents (elderly). My son also stayed there a few nights and loved the pull out bed (he preferred that over his own bed that is a short walk away). There is also an outdoor seating area for those perfect Pacific Northwest Evenings. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for the perfect location in the heart of the North End of Tacoma!
