The VRBO property was perfect for the four of us. Very convenient to the heated pool and hot tub, just steps away. Also three very good and convenient out door grills, which were used a lot. The condo was clean very well stocked with spices and such and plenty of cooking utensils and dishes. Very nice complex, quiet and felt safe, good location. Communication with Andrew was great, check in was super easy.

The property was just as advertised, it was very clean and well maintained. Andrew was very helpful and an exceptional host. The location is perfect close to all amenities and tourist spots.

The VRBO description of the condo is accurate. It is located in a residential area of south Scottsdale alongside the inviting Indian Bend Wash park. The complex is reasonably quiet and the pool was very inviting although we didn't use it. The condo is an upstairs unit and the master bedroom, which is more of a loft and not a fully enclosed room, is up another set of stairs -- so not suitable for folks who can't handle stairs. The king bed in the master was very comfortable. The unit was very well stocked as VRBO rentals go, although several condiments were out-of-date, and some of the cookware wasn't in good shape. There were 3 TVs -- living room and both bedrooms -- with owner-supplied YouTubeTV and Prime Video. The wi-fi was fast and solid. The owner was responsive to the minor issues we had. Overall a solid condo; we would stay here again.

My wife and I loved this condo. The unit itself was large, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Having a garage for our car and storing rental bicycles was a bonus. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the heated pool. We cycled every day and this condo provides easy access to the extensive system of paved pathways through green space throughout Scottsdale. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Property was as advertised, very clean and had all the amenities of home, including a stocked pantry. Pool and hot tub were right next door and well kept. Nice neighborhood with shopping close by. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay. Easy check in and check out (not a laundry list of To-dos like some properties we’ve stayed at) and extremely attentive owners. Would stay again next time we’re in Scottsdale.

Beautiful Unit, Great Location, Lots of Ammenities
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful Scottsdale townhouse. The unit looked exactly like the pictures and the location in the complex couldn't have been better just across from the pool. The location is excellent, walking distance to the greenbelt which we used every single day of our 2+ weeks stay. Short drive to Old Town Scottsdale for great restaurants and shopping, but just outside of the hustle and bustle. Our online booking and communication experience with the owners were excellent. We really couldn't have asked for anything more and hope to come back to this same property next visit to Scottsdale.

Well located
The condo was clean and well decorated with a comfortable bed. The pool and spa area was very clean and the pool was actually heated. Also, the complex is right on the bike path/green space which is very pleasant. However, on the downside, the building it self is a little old and run down. Although it is very close to the amenities of Old Town, the area right around the complex is more industrial. The kitchen is mostly well equipped but a little short on dishes, especially soup bowls. Overall, though, we had a good stay.

Perfect condo in South Scottsdale
Everything was exactly as described, kitchen was very well stocked with pantry items obviously left behind by other guests. Upstairs bathroom recently renovated. Beautiful living area. Owner was kind enough to let us check in early after we landed and check out late. Would stay here again. Thank you.

Thanksgiving Holiday Stay
Andrew & Joanna have done a very nice job of providing a comfortable, well-stocked condo home in a really nice community, right beside the Hayden Greenbelt park. One of the few VRBO's that furnishes a Keurig (single serve coffee/hot drink maker)! Nice firm beds (Tempur-Pedic type). Roku TV in living room and master bedroom. Single car garage beneath the 2nd story unit. Comfortable living room furniture, and best of all --- they welcome your dog(s), which we have 2 little non-shedding type, who became the highlight of the Frisbee golfers in the park! Andrew & Joanna are gracious hosts and very easy to work with. You'll have a great stay!

My experience!
I had a wonderful experience staying at this gorgeous villa for one month in April. This is a "huge" villa that is simply gorgeous.
The furnishings are simple, yet elegant. No junk. Very clean.
Very bright. Lovely views from most windows. As this is an end
unit, it is much larger than the others. Beautiful linens and beautiful lighting. Few small things that I would have liked, but very minor details. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept on and I am not a young person. Would definitely not hesitate to return to this unit, and no doubt I will!!! Finally a very private balcony off of the living room, so quaint.

Bright, airy great location
Watched the sunrise from this lovely east facing condo. Used the gated access to the Greenbelt to or ride the ubiquitous $2/hr rental bikes to the grocery store and rode the free trolley right outside the complex to various sites including Old Town. Did not need a car.

Brite and Roomy
We had a wonderful stay at Andrew’s condo. It is brite and cheery with lots of room and lots of windows. Nicely tiled floor downstairs. The beds were very comfortable. We had a small problem with cable but Andrew had it fixed immediately. The grounds were lovely as well as the heated pool and hot tub. The drawers in the refrigerator do need some adjusting. There is a park directly behind the condo complex, the pool is literally a few steps away from Andrew’s condo and Dukes sports bar, within walking distance, is great! Thanks, Andrew!

Wonderful Stay
This rental is a GREAT location to many different things to do in the area. My family and I stayed here with our one year old. My only word of warning would be that it's not a super infant friendly place with stairs and lots of easily accessible decorations on the tables. We totally made it work by moving the decorations and blocking off the stairs. The owners were amazing about getting us a pack and play for our daughter. HUGELY appreciated!
The upstairs room with the king bed has no door and an opening to the living room below so if you are traveling with young children the people upstairs might not sleep in much. This was no issue for us as we just went straight out to the pool each morning. That upstairs room was also a little on the warmer side, even with a working A.C. unit. Just an fyi.
The BEST part about this rental is that the pool is LITERALLY just a few steps away from the door. We could keep the baby monitor with us at the pool and it communicated with the unit in the condo. This was a HUGE plus for us! We would absolutely stay here again just knowing the location to the pool and letting people play in the pool while others are in the condo.
The kitchen has pretty much everything you need for cooking and a few basic essentials in terms of food prep.
The dining room table has an insert to make it bigger which was also great.
The garage fit our rental car and it was nice to know we had someplace safe to keep it each night!
Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Rental from Fantastic Renters!
I was fortunate enough to be able to rent from these owners in December of 2016. I was originally slated to stay for longer than I did however due to some last minute changes because of work, my stay was shortened. The owners went out of their way to accommodate me during this time and were nothing short of outstanding. The property was pristine and furnished very very well. You couldn't ask for a better location either being situated right on the edge of Old Town where peace and quiet still exist, yet you are close enough to all the action. For the younger crowds, it is very close to ASU which was an added convenience. Would rent again in a heartbeat and hope to do so soon! Dont hesitate to go after this property if it is available!
