Nestled in Indian Rocks Beach, this attractive condo for $312 per night is a great option for your next vacation. CONDO, 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATHS, (SLEEPS 5) SEVEN NIGHT MINIMUM The perfect beach getaway at our beach front condo. With beautiful heated pool on the beach. Relax with a cool drink and a spectacular sunset from balcony before dinner, or sit with your morning coffee watching the ocean. Take a walk along the beach to collect the most amazing shells...but don't leave them for us as we have plenty! Take a beach chair and sit on the edge of the dunes just in front of our condo and let your trouble float away. Get your fishing rod out on the beach , or on the Fiddler's private dock across the road, and catch dinner. The Fiddler on the beach is just a 2 minute walk to the quaint "beachy" restaurants, bars and shopping district and bike rental. - no need to take a car! Each bedroom has a water view, master facing the beach and the other facing the intercoastal waterway.. The Balcony off the living room overlooks lush tropical gardens and sand dunes and the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A modern fully equipped kitchen, light and airy living/dining room and 2 full bathrooms completes the package. There is a King size bed ( very comfortable mattress) in the master bedroom and the second bedroom has 2 doubles . There's also a pack and play. The Beachside heated pool with sun loungers is a perfect place to while a way a few hours with a good book, or beachcomb along the prestige sands of Indian Rocks Beach. We have beach toys, boogie boards, lawn chairs beach towels are provided. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, two parks adjacent to one another in Tampa or Disney or Universal Studios just 90 minutes are wonderful day visits particularly for families with children. Downtown St Petersburg has several world renowned museums and a host of smaller galleries and parks, the waterfront and marina. Pinellas county has two of the top USA ranked beaches, Caladesi Island and Fort de Soto state parks . In between these are 20 miles of glorious white sand, pristine beaches, all open to the public. While you are here, check out the atmospheric smaller towns of Dunedin - an arty waterfront town and Tarpon Springs, with its historic sponge docks and very Greek, Mediterranean flavor and downtown Safety Harbor. If that hasn't tired you out, sport is our big thing here too! Golf, tennis, bike riding, water sports of every kind. Fishing from deep sea fishing to fishing off our private dock across the street from The Fiddler. Pro Football, baseball,and hockey during the season. If you don't want to drive to much we have great public transport system all along the beaches from Clearwater to St Petersburg beach you can hop on and off the Jolly Trolley street car, low price single fares or weekly can be purchased. Trolley stops right in front of The Happy Fiddler.

We had a wonderful stay at Darren's condo, he was a fantastic host and gave great suggestions on what to do in the area. House is clean and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Publix is super close. Mornings spent on the balcony were the best, so many dolphin sightings!! Can't wait to come back!

The property owner couldn’t have been more helpful. He gave suggestions for restaurants and activities in the area, which are numerous. He was always accessible and friendly. There are beautiful views from the balcony, comfy furniture, and a well equipped kitchen in the event you want to eat in. We are already planning a return trip to this condo, hopefully for longer than a week this time!

The view alone made the stay there worth it. Everything else; keyless entry, warm pool, all of the included beach items was a great bonus. The condo was clean and had everything you needed for a nice trip with the family and the host was very responsive and full of other fun ideas for rainy days. We loved it!

Just stayed Nov4-11. We had the best time despite our beach being closed for dune restoration. There was public access available further north and south of the property. We were able to get on the beach after 5pm to watch sunsets. It was disappointing that we could not use the beach right in front of us. The pool was a great option. The property was beautiful and our condo was all that it was described as. Very clean and full of all that you could need. The owner was very responsive to my questions and comments. The location was great, easy to get to restaurants and shops, despite minor waits on sand dump trucks going to the beach. Construction started at 7 am, so having coffee on the balcony watching bulldozers, back hoes and dump trucks was an unexpected part of our trip. Hope to return to enjoy more beach time next year.

We had a wonderful time. This house has everything you need with the best sunsets. The condo was very clean and the hosts had quick communication. There are lots of fun places/restaurants to go to in the area.

Just as soon as we opened the door to the condo, we realized what an awesome vacation this would be for our family. Awesome views (and sounds!) of the ocean off the back patio. Nice bedroom setup with joining bathroom. Updated kitchen with all the amenities. Games, movies, nice size tv with blankets, which came in handy since we didn’t leave the condo (other than for food). Just the rest we needed!

It was a beautiful place to stay. Very clean. Very well stocked. Comfortable beds in all the rooms. Everything provided for a beautiful stay. The owner was great to deal with. He was very quick with any question and very helpful. We were older woman i didn't realize that there were steps to go upstairs, so you should be aware of that they were a little off an issue after all day. We have bad knees. But over all it's a 5 star. Very easy checking in and out. So nice now back to realality

Darren is hands down the most accommodating and thoughtful host. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. His communication from the start of the process was very reassuring. He was more than willing to give recommendations for dining and entertainment that fit the needs/wants for our family. The unit was exactly as described and depicted in pictures. It was well stocked for your everyday needs. The grounds were very well taken care of and the view was 10/10. This was as good as it gets for a family of 4. We would highly recommend and rent this unit again. Can’t thank you enough Darren!

I cannot say enough about this place, and the owners! The unit was immaculate, and everything was provided that you could possibly think of! Sheets, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, toys, boogie boards...you name it, it was there! The place was spacious, with great views of the ocean and the amazing sunsets! The owners were super responsive, and went over and above for our stay. I was supposed to have a virtual job interview one afternoon, and the wifi was down at that time. The owner was staying nearby, and offered to let me come over and use the wifi there. Super nice of them to offer! We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend staying here!

I cannot even begin to tell you how wonderful our stay was. The condo is a beautiful 2 story with amazing views of the gulf. I had a lot of little boxes to check and this place hit every single one and then some! Views of the beach for enjoying morning coffee and not have to lug all the beach gear far down to the water, check. Beachfront master so you can fall asleep listening to waves, check. Pool for when the boys want to switch it up, check. Enough space for the boys to stretch out and not get on each others nerves, check. Convenient to restaurants, shops, but not overwhelmingly crowded - check, check, check!
The kitchen has everything you need - stocked with cookware, coffee maker and ice machine at the ready. There are plentiful beach toys, chairs, and more.
The owner is a real person! Not a rental company. I loved his direct communication and ease of checking in. The condo was so clean and cozy. It genuinely felt like home. There are so many food options close by, I mean within walking distance. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, they have it all so close! Our favorite was Jake’s Coastal Cantina! The food and margaritas (even for the kids) was so delicious. We ate there twice in a week, our very first dinner and our last while we were in town.
If you want the perfect trip, do yourself a favor and book this place immediately. I promise you won’t regret it. It’s simply perfect!

This condo has everything you need! So well stocked and very clean. The view out the patio doors is perfect and the pool is heated just right so that even on cold days the kids could have fun. Having a property manager on-site is a big plus. Communication with Darren was easy. Large TV was good for watching sports on a cold night. The new appliances are awesome in the kitchen with the dishwasher being the quietest we have ever used. Plenty of towels for all activities. Comfortable heavy duty high top table/chairs on the deck.

We loved staying at this condbeautiful condo in Indian Rocks Beach. It is equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen and for outdoor fun. The beds were super comfy. We loved the fact that we could see the sunset from the lanai and the sunrise from the sliding door in the second bedroom. Darren was super helpful and quick to answer any of our questions. The location is between St Pete and Clearwater - we enjoyed being able to take a short drive (30 or so minutes) to some well know shelling beaches - Pass-a-Grille and Honeymoon Island. We are birders too so we enjoyed watching the abundant shorebirds. It is a great, clean, level level beach for long walks in either direction. Many restaurants are nearby and we especially enjoyed Salt Rock, E & E Steakout, Casa Tina in Dunedin, and JD's (for the live music). This is a perfect condo to enjoy all the area has to offer. So glad we found it!

My husband, daughters (20 &17) and I stayed for one week. We had a great time. The place was very clean and well maintained. There were so many extra amenities we weren’t expecting: plastic storage bags of all sizes, plastic wrap, tinfoil, garbage bags, Styrofoam plates, plastic wear, paper napkins, LOTS of seasonings, honey, flour, sugar, brown sugar, tea bags, coffee, powdered creamer, plenty of hand soap, dish soap and dishwasher pods, plenty of paper towels, laundry detergent, full size shampoo, condition and body wash, rubbing alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, after sun lotion- the list is too
Long to list it all- I recommend asking before you go to save your self the packing space. There were extra sheets, plenty of towels and wash clothes for the entire week. Coffee pot / one cup coffee combo machine, ninja blender, ice tea maker- there isn’t much I can think of that they didn’t have. Lots of board games, books and dvds. The games all looked brand new, we played clue and there were new pencils in a ziploc right in the box. It felt like they wanted you to really enjoy yourself. The beds were comfortable. The rugs in bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen were all clean and looked like new. There were beach mats, camp chairs and beach chairs. The beach chairs served the purpose but one disappointment was they could’ve been nicer - the majority of my time is spent in a beach chair, but they did the job. The pool was very nice, the pool furniture was all in great shape, good place to lay in the sun on windy days. The grounds were well kept. We elected to not use the grills, they needed a little work….I used the on site laundry once, it was very satisfactory $1.50 to wash and $1.00 to dry - you need quarters. They host was outstanding- very easy to work with and the best host I’ve come across, extremely kind, available and ready to assist. Darren recommended the Villa Gallace restaurant- very close to the condo- and we went for NYE. We are avid restaurant goers and it was a top 5 for us. I highly recommend it. I wish I could say the same for Crabby Bill’s and Caddy’s, I do Not recommend those- food was not that good at crabby bills but good service and atmosphere, food at Caddy’s was terrible! We enjoyed Guppy’s and would go back - get the calamari. Last note is the condo building itself is not what I’d describe as cute but I’d say don’t let that deter you. We enjoy this area and plan to come back. Good shore fishing! Beautiful Beach! Great weather!

This is the first time my family and I visited Indian Rocks Beach and it was great. The condo was clean and comfortable and plenty of beach equipment available. It was located right on the beach as well and within walking distance to restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is our second time staying at this location in December and hope to use it again in the future. We slept 3 adults and 2 kids comfortably. We enjoyed eating on the balcony. Back door beach access and several restaurants are within walking distance. The elevator was being repaired but we were made aware several months in advance that it would be down, we were prepared to use the stairs(around 10 max). Our only “minor” complaint are the shower heads, wish they had more water pressure. Would recommend to family and friends.

The condo was just as listed with a great view of the beach in a great location. It was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable but the pillows were a little firm for our taste. We used both grills during our stay and both were serviceable, but the burner tubes never fully lit in both grills. Still managed to make steaks for a non-traditional Thanksgiving. We really enjoyed our visit and would stay here again if our travels brought us here again.

Had a fantastic stay at this amazing property. It would be hard to find a better place. It is clean, well appointed; has EVERYTHING you need for a great stay on the beach. It is well situated in IRB, with great bars and restaurants all within walking distance.

We had a great experience. Arrival was on late Saturday and everything worked as per notes. Rooms exactly as pictured on the website. Good clean Towels,soap, papaer Twowels trash bags and Toilet paper available, as coffee. Clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We had a great time and no problems or distractions. Just able to enjoy a great beach vacation. Customer support as owner support was great , too. We hope to be back soon!

Whenever we travel to the water we want to be right on it. This did not disappoint. From the balcony we saw dolphins, the sunsets looked like postcards. The second level had a balcony you could watch the intercostal from. With no neighbors across the street and being far enough down from the public beach it was a quiet beachfront. The pool was well maintained. The Happy Fiddler did not disappoint.

So impressed with how organized and easy this experience was. Condo had everything you could imagine you’d need on a beach vacation. The sunsets were amazing, the balcony was great for rainy evenings and such a short walk to the beach. The place was spotless and Darren was so receptive to our needs, not that we had many! By far the best beach experience we’ve had!

This property is immaculate and comfortable all at the same time. It’s like a luxurious home away from home. The location cannot be beat. The pool and ocean are right in your backyard. We spent our days hopping from beach to pool and back again. The views of the ocean and the sunset from the balcony are an added bonus. The town of Indian Rocks beach is great too, with a bunch of cute places to eat. We can’t wait to come back next summer!
