About this condo rental

Located in Seacrest Beach, this attractive condo for $220 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This smoke-free condo is very traditional in style among other stylish furnishings, and is bright and clean. This unit is on the ground floor just steps away from the heated pool, the hot tub and the white sandy beach. The patio faces south which receives a good deal of sun and is even complete with table & chairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and spacious dressing and closet areas. While the 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds. There is even a Pack-N-Play porta-crib for the really young ones. Other Features are 2 full baths, a well equipped kitchen, dining area, a large Hi-Def 60' Color TV / DVD with expanded cable, and each bedroom has a new LCD Color TV w/DVD. In this unit you will find almost everything you could possibly need - - dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, ironing board with iron, blow-dryer, towels, and linens. You name it and we've provided it for your enjoyment. There is even a full washer and dryer in the unit. The Sandcastles has outside surveillance cameras. If you have to cancel we will give you your money back if we re-rent the condo for the same time and the same rate minus a $100.00 fee. The pool & hot tub is open from 9:30 am to 10 pm. Please note: if the outside temperature gets below 60 the pool will be shut down till the outside temp go’s back up above 60. Pool hours may change at anytime. We are here to help just ask. If you are not booking from Sat. to Sat. please click on the contact owner button to see if I can work your dates in before you click on the request to book button. We will give you a refund on the rent and the cleaning fee if you have to cancel this booking if we can re-rent the condo for your dates minus a $100.00 administration fee. Please email if you need more info. 3 night rentals is for off season or to feel in long term rentals. Please note: a condo rental lease has to be signed and returned to me before your dates get locked in on my side.

Spacious condo that is clean and comfortable and well-stocked. Owner is quick to respond to any question. The unit is terrific access to ocean walkway, and the pool gate is as close as could be! Cocoa Beach is a beautiful clean beach with some very good restaurants and shopping Highly recommend!

Was hoping for an ocean view but there weren’t any available. This was the next best unit and loved the location to the pool and beach walk. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Property owner Keith was fantastic all along.

The property itself was so great and convenient. Being on the first floor was very helpful with a little one and with two adults that have trouble walking. We were right across from the pool and just a few steps away from the beach. We didn’t find the condo to be noisy and everyone we interacted with was so kind. Our family would definitely return to this condo again!

The condo was perfect for our family! Ground level with easy access to the pool and beach. The host is very friendly and quick to respond! Had no issues at all!! Would recommend to anyone but especially people with little ones! And we would definitely stay here again:)

We rented the unit at a last minutes notice, and the property manager was quick to get us setup and checked in. The condo was clean and spacious. The location was perfect, quiet and relaxing with immediate beach access. We really liked that the unit was on the first floor. We would rent this location again.

Sandcastles is the perfect condo at Cocoa Beach. Easy access to the pool or beach. Our host Keith made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach and if something was not right he quickly responded to make it right. Always book with Keith when you stay at Sandcastles!

The condo was just a stones throw to the beach gate. I am so thankful it was the first floor. Everything you need is there in the condo including washer/dryer. Great area for restaurants, Victory cruise for a day, the pool was right there and most of all Keith was great. I will stay again.

The condo was terrific. Location couldn’t be beat. Keith, the owner, has everything covered and is a great communicator. Condo has everything you need for beach or pool. Our family had a wonderful time and we can’t wait for our next trip back to Cocoa Beach!

I would stay there again for sure. Nice condo with necessities on site. In the better part of CB which is between Minuteman Causeway and SR520. Just a few miles north to Jetty Park and a few miles south to Satellite Beach. Good beach stretch and just south of Lori Wilson Park Listing shows king and double in one bedroom. Both are double sized beds

This was the best vacay we have been on in a long time! Everything was super clean and beautiful. You can pull your car up straight to the door so packing and unpacking was not a hassle. The beach is so close and not crowded at all. Everyone was super accommodating, and The library and games in the condo were fabulous for downtime with the kids. There was also quite a selection of sand toys and beach stuff to use. We will definitely be booking again!

Condo as described, very clean and comfortable. Beach chairs were high folding chairs that you buy in a bag which we don’t like at the beach (we prefer a lower reclining beach chair). We rented chairs and umbrellas at the beach next to our condo complex which worked.

Dirty floors, a lot of dust down the carpet behind the dressers and beds, doors and door knobs completely filthy, dirty dishes in the cupboards, Blood on the master bed skirt corner, old raggedy towels in master bedroom, old raggedy beach towels, back of TV remote missing and tape together, missing a lamp shade in master bedroom, molding in second bathroom falling off the wall, management text the wrong number for early access to the unit. Very disappointed overall except the beach access was awesome.

A great spring break vacation. Check in was easy!! The condo was great, it was exactly what we thought it would be. Great communication with the owner. The beach was wonderful although our youngest liked the pool better. Close to many restaurants but wasn’t over crowded at all. We would definitely book again!!!

We had a wonderful stay! We can't say enough about the condo. Communication was great with the owner and our kids loved their stay. Everything was perfect and we even saw sea turtles 3 nights in a row on the beach. We will definitely be staying here again and can't say enough great things!
