About this condo rental
Nestled in Seacrest Beach, this lovely condo for $242 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This Smoke & Pet Free Condo has Warm Tropical Palm style makeover, thus giving you the look of South Florida. The decor includes new tile floors throughout, new lighting fixtures and new furniture. The 6th floor offers an awesome side ocean view from the living room balcony and master bedroom window. Since the unit faces south, the balcony receives a good deal of sun, particularly in the winter months. The pool & hot tub is open from 9:30am to 10pm. Please note: if the outside temperature gets below 60 the pool will be shut down till the outside temp go’s back up above 60. Pool hours may change at anytime. Yes we have a elevator at the Sandcastles and the Sandcastles has outside surveillance cameras. New LCD TV's in the living room and bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed while the 2nd bedroom has 1 full size bed and 1 queen size bed. There are 2 full baths, a well equipped kitchen, dining area, cable TV in all rooms, and a DVD & Stereo in the living area. No need to pack heavy. You will find almost everything you could possibly need, beach chairs, umbrella, blender, dishes, ironing board with iron, blow-dryer, towels, and linens. There is even an in-unit electronic safe, and if you have a little one we’ve got a Pack-n-play Crib. For the golfer, there’s even a set of clubs to hit the greens. You name it and we’ve provided it for your enjoyment. There is even a washer / dryer in the unit. We are here to help just ask. If you are not booking from Sat. to Sat. please click on the contact owner button to see if I can work your dates in before you click on the request to book button. Please email if you need more info. 3 night rentals is for off season or to feel in long term rentals,. If you have to cancel your reservation we will give you a refund on your rental fee and cleaning fee if we can re-rent the condo for the same rates and dates, minus a $100.00 administration fee. Please note: a condo rental lease has to be signed and returned to me before your dates get locked in on my side.

This was a last minute decision. The guys wanted to go to the Mecum auction and the girls wanted the beach. The only thing that would have made this better would have been better weather but with the rain there were only my sister and I and one other person on the beach which worked out great for shelling.

The property was as advertised. The building is older but very well maintained. The unit was actually quite a bit bigger than I expected from the pictures with plenty of room for my wife and I with three small children. The beach supplies were a nice plus. The beach is a short walk, and the pool and hot tub were great. There are some signs of wear and tear in the unit, and some of the appliances and fixtures are dated, but nothing that detracted from our stay. Would book again.

We spent 3 days at the residence. It was very roomy and quiet. Easy access to the beach which was private and not overly populated. Restaurants and shopping are near by. Plenty of amenities to keep the family busy or just relax.

This property can be rated as one of the best at Sandcastles. We have previously stayed at this condo before. It is very clean and has everything you need. Plenty of seating inside and on the balcony for family and friends. Since our last stay at this condo, many updates have been made. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this unit, your host is very attentive to your needs. Sandcastles is a family oreinted condominium, very clean, constantly updated, well maintained, and has onsight management. You will enjoy your stay at this condo.

We had a great vacation! The condo was perfect. It was clean and had all the amenities you would need. There was construction going on to the buildings while we were there (we were aware before booking). This comment is more so to point out that the building is kept up. We would definitely book again!

Had a good time. Paying that much I do not think guess should have to clean their own towels. Tall chairs on patio need new coverings look like going to break anytime someone should get hurt.

This condo was very nice, and Keith has everything you’d need - dishes, towels, toiletries, beach chairs and toys, you name it! There are even things for infants such as a pack and play, walker, and infant pool floatie. A short 3 minute trip downstairs and out to the beach. Fairly quiet and not busy. The pool is clean and the beach access is nice (and private!). We will certainly be back to this condo!

We stayed here to visit the Kennedy space center and the beach. The property has great access to the beach, lots of toys, chairs and boogie boards to use.

The location was perfect, not to close to the pier but still easy to get to any place you needed. The view was peaceful, the condo had everything you would need to go to the beach, cook each day, and just enjoy some down time (our goal). Thank you!

Unfortunately our trip was cut short due to a family emergency but the condo was perfect for our family of four. The view from the balcony was beautiful, the unit was nice and clean, location was great and we would definitely consider staying here again if we are in the area.

I would recommend this property to family and friends. Our stay was awesome. We had everything we needed. We loved the fact how the beach was private access. And we didn't have to pack unnecessary beach items everything was there.

Our new favorite vacation rental
My husband and I stayed at this property with my dad and stepmom. We were there together for Father's Day and this condo made it perfect! We typically do hotels when we go on vacation all together, but saw this place on VRBO and had to give it a try. We are all so glad that we did! The interior is nice, the kitchen is large and has everything you could need, and the location is FANTASTIC . Additionally, Keith, the property manager, is great with communication and is very friendly. This property made our vacation wonderful and we will be back!

This condo is fabulous! Keith is super friendly and easy to work with. He called on our first day (and I missed it completely.) He then text the day before our departure.
The condo itself is huge. We typically stay in Orange Beach, Pensacola, or Destin. Based on our experience, all two bedroom condos have the same layout. This one, however, had two huge bedrooms. We were able to move the pack n play in and out of the master each day easily.
The main bathroom was a great size. Both showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. A closet in the master contained all the bath towels anyone could need, iron and board, a safe, and tons of other useful items. The pantry had enough trash bags, ziplock bags, and all kinds of other goodies to make it trough the week. Yet another hallway closet contained all the beach equipment we needed. There were also plenty of beach towels available for our entire family!!
The kitchen was fully stocked with nice dinnerware, glasses, silverware, all sorts of kitchen utensils, towels, and every kitchen gadget you can imagine. We added food, and we were all set!
Super huge bonus was a lifeguard on duty on the beach with clear signs showing the monitored zone. We have never seen this after years of visiting several beaches.
The one downside to this facility is no chair and umbrella service is available. However, I did not see a facility offering it though. So, that may just be the area.
We will return to this condo during our next visit.

Sandcastles
We have rented from Keith several times over the years and his properties and the properties he manages are always clean and comfortable. If you’re staying in Cocoa Beach I would highly recommend staying at one of Keith’s properties and staying at Sandcastles in general. The property is well maintained, quiet, and relaxing. They have one of the widest beaches in the area and the heated pool and hot tub are so nice on days that are a little cooler.

Spring break trip
The condo was wonderful. It was my husband and our two teenage kids. The condo had plenty of room for all of us. It was in a great location. The beach was never over crowded. The kids loved using the boogie boards and skim boards that were available. My husband and I loved having our coffee on the balcony every morning. It might be a side view of the ocean but it is better than in the pictures! The condo was clean and Keith was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great experience
The entire process was smooth and hassle free. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. They had extras like a couple boogie boards and tennis rackets. We made full use of everything. Keith called me as soon as I texted with one minor question. We are considering going back to the same place again which is the best compliment. We had 6 of us. There were 4 adults and 2 kids if that helps. Plenty of room.

Beautiful place, excellent stay
The condo is beautifully decorated with everything you need to get started on your vacation, including beach towels, lots of bathroom towels, essentials in the kitchen pantry, bottled water and more! We had a few problems with the air conditioner, and the dryer. Keith was available and ready to help as soon as we let him know the problems. He was very quick to get a repair man there to fix the air conditioner, and have him come back when it still was not fixed. The dryer had to be replaced, which Keith was also very quick to attend to. That didn't ruin our vacation. We loved the place, the location is great, near lots of restaurants and Cape Canaveral. The beach was very nice, and it was awesome to have beach chairs and umbrellas in the condo closet. We had a great time and hope to be back soon. Thanks for a great family vacation!! The kids loved it and are already asking when we can come back!!!

Family Getaway
We spent a wonderful week in this condo. The view of the beach from the balcony was a great way to end each day. This unit had everything you could need from the fully stocked kitchen, bath & beach towels, comfortable beds, and beach toys & chairs. The beach and pool were both a short walk away. Keith, the property manager, called to make sure that our check-in went without issues, and promptly responded when we needed to contact him. It was a great, relaxing week to hangout with our kids before they head off to college.
