Absolutely beautiful unit, had everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. The pictures do not do it justice! The building staff were very friendly and the food at the tiki bar was good. My teenage children enjoyed walking to Pier Park every day for breakfast and to shop. The owner was great to work with, admittedly I struggled with the door code and wifi and she was very patient and accommodating. I highly recommend this unit and will be a repeater customer.

I have been staying at the Sterling Breeze property with my parents every year for the last 7ish years. This time we all agreed that 1701 was the nicest unit we have stayed in. Danette was very clear and organized with the communication. The condo was nicely furnished and well stocked with the basics- pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, there were even some spices, salt and pepper, and some dishwasher pods. The view was excellent and the condo spacious. Looking forward to another stay!

Great stay at sterling Breeze. This condo was incredible, clean, spacious, and a wonderful view. Owner was quick to respond to questions we had and reached out to make sure everything was going ok. The property grounds and amenities were also nicely kept. Super close to Pier Park and other attractions.

The property was amazing. Easy access to the beach and the views were spectacular! The owner was very responsive whenever I sent her a message. Hopefully we can return soon!!!
