Delicious buffet, excellent facilities for both adults and children, and a great location. Very happy with our stay!

Tesis genel olarak güzeldi. Aquapark, sonsuzluk havuzu, restoran ve casinosunu gerçekten her şeyiyle beğendik. Yemekler çok çeşitliydi, casinodaki hizmet de güzeldi. Check out saatimiz 11 olmasına rağmen ricamız üzerine 15:00 a kadar kalabileceğimizi söylediler.

Everything at the hotel was wonderful and very clean. We loved the swimming pools, the buffet, the sea, and the service.

We have been going to Acapulco for years, but will not go again. While the location is very good and the half board concept offers a good breakfast and dinner, the overall price - quality ratio simply doesn't make sense any more (comparing to many other similar places/resorts).
We were given the worst bungalow because booking for half board isn't possible directly with the hotel any more. We paid more than 200 euros per night, but the facilities at the room were very poor (especially the bathroom/toilet). The room was not cleaned two days in a row although the reception was reminded. Some of the staff were not polite/service minded (not even greeting the customers).
