Excellent location, everything is available nearby.
For non-smokers it’s unpleasant to eat in the dining room while cigarette smoke keeps entering from the outside area as the staff keeps going in and out and just standing near the automatic doors that keep opening.
The Wi-fi in the hotel is horrible, the tv gets stuck all the time and you can’t browse using your phone without getting an error and having to refresh all the time.
And one last thing - for a 5 star hotel that isn’t a cheap one I would expect the room to be clean, the rugs and sofa not to have holes in them and the window curtains not to smell dusty.

Location very good
Rooms very nice
Requested high level quiet room and received it
Parking easy on site with courtesy parking
Two notices that noise may be a problem on two nights ( parties) late
They weren’t as late as suggested but was a little worrying

Very comfortable rooms and great location in Kyrenia. We really liked the rooftop restaurant, bar and pool area with its great views of the city. The staff were helpful and efficient.
It’s valet parking so you don’t have immediate access to your car but this seems to apply to all the hotels in Kyrenia since it’s a very built up city.
