We had a wonderful stay at Lord’s Palace and truly enjoyed every moment. A very special thank you to Kaan, the reception manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, pleasant, and memorable. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel truly welcome. Thank you, Kaan, for making our experience even more special! ❤️

I liked the maids and staff in the restaurants who worked so hard.
Front of house were ok
We booked an expensive suite for our 35 th wedding Anniversary for 2 nights.
The room was a smoking room, we Do Not Smoke, it stunk. We asked for an air purifier , after being told all rooms in the hotel are smoking rooms.
We didn’t receive this
We love watching movies , but the tv didn’t work.
